Delt shots...sust.

So if one was to do EOD injects with sust, and say, for some reason their delts got REALLY sore and swollen to the point they couldn't sleep, would it be bad to just alternate glutes? This is all just a hypothetical situation of course.
 
You should be rotating injection sites anyway.

Swap out thighs for delts for a week.
 
Ahhhh yes.

Still though, injecting EOD sounds like too much of a pain in the ass... Get it, a pain in the ass. Becuase you know, injections, glutes, pain. Ahhh I kill myself.

i asked the same thing awhile back about omnadren. You don't wanna rotate only two spots if you are doing eod or e3d. I believe it is because the depot builds up and stays in there way too long and you risk infection

thats true and also you want to minimize scar tissue any way you can. Spreading injections out to different sites will help.

It's Trip's sister.... hit it last night, she's into some kinky ****. I walked in the room with a gimp mask on, pool ball in my mouth and a 3 headed dildo.... she didn't even flinch.
