Eh, 21 year old women aren't that great imho. About 4 months after I started my divorce I dated a 21 year old for about a month....and barely that. Looking back, my ex and I dated when she was 20, and this other girl acted alot like she did. I mean, having nearly an 11 year age difference didn't help, but this girl drove me crazy. Cute...yet...stupid as ****. So stupid it trumped the hotness.

so jjohn says many people have used x-factor in successful cuts so GBC it is when I restart. i'm still going to do it with my mods to slightly lower quad workouts, so I can deal with 3 full body wo a week

NP finally sent me some free stuff.
A shaker bottle and a bunch of ALR samples.
The inside of the shaker bottle smells like wood polish.
