I just bought 2 tubs of Core Nutritionals ABC Grape BCAA powder. The price to BCAA ratio was unbelievably good. $45 for 50 servings that include:
L-Leucine - 5.0 g
L-Isoleucine - 2.5 g
L-Valine - 2.5 g
L-Glutamine - 2.5 g
Beta-Alanine - 2.5 g
Citrulline Malate - 2.5 g
The best part of it seems to be the 2.5 g of Glutamine and Beta-Alanine.
Usually you find one or the other in a BCAA mix.
I'll report back about the taste later.
As for the taste of other BCAA drinks, I really liked Xtreme's ICE mix in Grape. It was decent in Wildberry Lemonade, and is horrible (to me) in Fruit Punch.
BTW, how much beta-alanine is needed for performance enhancing effects?
