RPM will help with the loading period- it has a more immediate effect on raising cAMP, but less of a long term effect....think of RPM as a kick-start for Drivetry 3x2 or 3x3 plus RPM and see how you feel- if it is the right dose, you will feel it the first or second day after changing the dosage- if Drive is already working well, don't change it....
I like the whole concept of non-stim. Drive and X-Factor doesnt make my heart go pounding like it's about to stop any minute. Im dying to see something in terms of strength and endurance in the weeks to come.
you started eh?....ahhh im getting anxious to start
it has been said that drive can be a recomp. how does it cause fat loss?????????????
Dropped back down to 6, I was having extreme ****s! But now that I loaded on 9 for a bit, the ingredients built up in my body and I am feeling the same strength on 6 now.

How did it go?Cellardude; said:Wow! That gets me all excited. tomorrows bench day. Gonna see how that works out for me.
What sort of effects can I see from Drive when on a calorie deficit? I have a very physically demanding job, with lots of lifting for 8 hours. It's very hard for me to eat enough quality calories to compensate.
How did it go?
Well, what are your goals? If you're trying to put on mass, even Drive won't compensate for a huge cut in calories. Most of the effects are still notable even when in calorie deficit, however we've had quite a few users state that when they increased calories the effects seemed even better.

I am trying to eat over maintenance but some days (work days) it is really hard due to the amount of physical heavy lifting i do. Basically I'm hoping that this supplement will at least help me maintain to gain strength while loosing fat if i eat under maintenance calories. On non-work days I can eat over maintenance no problems. I work 4 days per week.
how long is too long to run drive and rpm? ive been on rpm @ about 4-6 per day for three weeks now and drive about 2-4 caps per day for 2 weeks.:bb2:
guess my advice doesnt count. This was pulled from the FAQ of Drive.
Q: Is it safe to use DRIVE for long periods of time, or should I cycle it?
A: All research studies along with our own testing have indicated that it can be used continuously without any negative side effects. You will never want to go without DRIVE again - ask our product testers! However as with any product there is some degree of tolerance that can develop after extended use. If you experience this, we recommend cycling 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off.
Nice, its the sickest feeling when you feel the elevated strength gains of a good product kicking in, especially if it pushes you to new levels of strength you've never been at before. I was stuck on 405 deads for 5-6 reps since the summer. Just hit 405 deads for 10 last week (I'm 200lbs). It might not sound like a huge jump, but that was a huge deal for me.
I was strongly considering running some Drive very soon, however, I don't get to workout until 5-6pm (after work), so I'd be taking my pre-workout dose around 4:30-5:30pm. Won't that effect my sleep if I take Drive that late into the day?
Thanks a lot guys. No post cycle therapy required for Drive right?
post cycle therapy for drive is more Drive![]()
I'd add in about 500 mg/day of your avy as well. lol
rMs80, congrats to your school for beating Michigan this season, haha. Since you have an MS in Exercise Phys, are you part of any organization? Like the NSCA? Do you recognize the name Dr. Lee Brown?
Yeah- that was a trip when we beat Michigan-
As far as NSCA and ACSM- I have not been overly active in that area for a while (not since grad school)- been spending most of my time on R&D as far as formulation, and I haven't been involved with strength and conditioning research as much as I used to- but I do live all of the principles in my trainingI am trying to be as well-rounded as possible and look at all sides of the industry- I guess it just takes time.....
so I have and yes, I do recognize the name Lee Brown- he went to ETSU (right near ASU)- he has done some pretty amazing research in velocity training and biomechanics![]()
Dr. Lee Brown is the president of the NSCA now. He's also my grad professor for Applied Principles of Strength and Conditioning, he's AWESOME. I'm at California State University Fullerton, nice meeting a fellow in a related field of study.
Sounds like the Theoretical and Practical Applications of Strength and Conditioning that we had at APP- that was my favorite class by a long shot- I really have been pretty out of touch with the newest published research-but I run track unattached (100m) and train with a couple of the better coaches in the US at a D-1 school (UNCC), so I have the Practical part reinforced constantly through training![]()
Looking forward to a Drive/JW stack this Christmas. Drive seems to have the most enthusiastic reactions from the posts I've dug through. I'm looking forward to it.
so u gave in to the Drive/JW stack??....me too!!:woohoo:
...just gotta wait for NP to get some bulk products in stock to place my order
Ok, so I have been taking Drive for about 2.5 weeks now and I have to say that I am getting strength gains like no other, I mean VERY similar to the real anabolics. I was doing 6 a day for the first 2 week, felt no strength gains at all, just more sweating. So I decided to up the dose to 9 (3x3) and as soo as I did that, my strength went through the roof! I am not kidding when I say the strength gain is very close to real anabolic strength. I went from doing 70lbs x 12 on tricep pushdowns up to 130lbs x 12, it is unreal. I know 9 is not the most economical for most, but for me it is well worht my bottle going a little faster, the difference is night and day! I call it Extreme DRIVEing!
both w/o and non w/o days?
I think its better that way, keep the high levels. i'm right now sort of "preloading" drive at 6 a day both on and off days, after a week i'll drop to 4 a day both workout and non workout.
Yeah- I took med-school equivalent A and P at MUSC- that was the hardest 1 year course I have ever had- but I also learned more out of it (and retained it)- than any other class.....SPECIFICITY - SPECIFICITY - SPECIFICITY is rammed down your throat I'm sure (as it should be). What's your 100 meter time and your 1 squat RM? If all goes well I'll be working at Velocity Sports within a year. It's a Strength and Conditioning Facility out here in Orange County, CA. Unlike public or even private gyms, you need a minimum of a BA in Kines and you have to pass the CSCS. I believe all the trainers there are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. Pretty hardcore. Much more specialized then saying you have a certificate from a weekend course in Anatomy/Physiology. "God willing." Anyway. I forgot what this thread was about, I know I've been researching Drive, so probably a Drive thread.
