Hmm I haven't met any goals, however most of my goals were unrealistic. I have made consistent progress. I don't think i've quite tried + megadosed everything (yet), but probably will. The only reason I was thinking of the 1250 vs 1000 is that it is a faster kick in time on the x-factor that way, rather than it being possibly 20-25 days in before it starts to get noticeable. Seems the 1250 shaves a good bit of time off that, cuts kick in time down to 10-15 days.

I'd always rather have honest opinions that have a bunch of "do it do it do it" screamers :)

List all the supps you have tried since you started on AM.

I quite training for 6 years. Some due to school and work full time. I over trained and stopped going to the gym. In short After I graduated it took me 2 years to get back into it. Well I finally did, and that first year, last year back, I ran nothing but protein and other staples. No fancy compounds or anything. I dropped from 210 to 185.

But hey that is just me. I just think it is in your better interest to settle down. And you can make excuses on your goals no being met, but in the end it is all about results.

I am here to help you out and not blow smoke up your ass. You got serious potential, just keep your head straight and screw the supps! Finish this log with X-Factor then focus on the basics. Then once you reach a attainable goal, worry about what cycles and what not.

I come off like an ass most of the time, but I mean the best :cheers:
 
we have season passes for lowry :) I'll just go take her to a playground, that will be enough really. not too hard to please a 3 year old
 
yeah, the allure of 400 capsules and tablets a day has started to fade. I probably should just go with creatine and maybe something as a pre-workout stim just due to what time I workout (maybe blast?) with BCAAs. The rest mostly is mental crutches

I am not trying to discourage ya, just trying to give some friendly advice.

I just through my .02 cents...because I hear cycle this, cycle that, all day.....I got caught up with some of the hype, and quite honestly made better gains last year then I did this year. I found some solid products along the way though...
 
Go push your daughter on the swing...and thank God for every second you have with her! :D

Re: J's post about the supps. I gotta agree E. You will see much more results from the supps once you have reached a lower BF and have increased your strength.

yeah, i'm just trying to jumpstart reaching that BF :) No real shortcuts to it, just time.

never really could play hockey, always had lousy ankles... ok headed out to go pick her up, cyall later!
 
I love water boarding. getting on a speed boat at least 35 mph or more and have a ski- rope and water board and zoom though the water let go of th ski rope ....fly WAYYYY BACK though the air ..And splash I had an accident doing this , nothing major its so fun !

I love skate boarding. grabing the bumper of a car at least 55 mph or more- let go of the bumper ....fly WAYYYY BACK though the air ..And smack I had an accident doing this , nothing major its so fun !

I got an email from a certain site that had some cute stuff in it, but it still makes me kind of worry some. I wish there were some serious studies done to prove what most of us here already know, to kind of counter act the paranoid-media floods that hit every time something of this nature comes about. Something that would have some benigits to what we want.

I have enough of the first generation cute stuff to do a few cycles, but retrospectively would like some of the 2nd generation cute stuff.

Problem maybe someone can help with.
Just did a destructive reinstal on my girls Gateway. Other than missing a few drivers, when we use IE7, it will go to any website OTHER than google.com It refuses to load the page.

Firefox...it wont even get online with firefox. I have no idea what the hell is going on. Its like her computer is pissed off at us.
