Horny Goat Weed question

I just got some HGW in (20%) and it is a brownish color. The last time I ordered it it was lite green. Is there any difference between the two?
 
Which concentration did you get last time?

with most plant extracts, the browner the powder, the more concentrated it is (green is usually chlorophyl-rich plant material, not active constituents). Is it stickier as well?

I ordered the same last time which was the 20% It came as part of the Mac/Jac/Stack and was bright green (almost lime green), but this time I ordered separately. I can't tell if it is stickier yet because I haven't started capping it.

Sounds like the latest extract is actually more potent, but it is still listed (and priced) as only 20%.
