I basically saw "no less than 150 a day" with some people running higher if solo, or stacked. i was thinking 3 bottles.

I used to do the whole shake's.

Fruit shake with hint of vanilla or coconut imitaion oil

banana with choco protein powder peanut butter cool whip

There's so many out there and ones you can make up

vanilla with pumkin spice with crished ice

What a sucker! How these people have lived as long as they have is beyond me! I feel for the guy, but how could he not possibly know that was a scam??? He chose to believe it. She is cute :chick: of course..."Wendy" is really a 105 lb Nigerian man named Laota Ulutoo.
