I've been dosing 1,4AD at 1.5g a day and epi at 30mg on Mon,Tues,Thurs and Fri for 1 week. I can definitely tell a difference in muscle fullness, mainly in my chest and bi's. The pump I get during my workout is unbelievable. I know a week is kind of early to tell but it seems to be going good. Endurance is also better. Strength hasn't went up any and still at 196lbs.
