1,4 AD powder

Can I take the 1,4 AD powder without capping it? I just bought 25 grams and I want to know if it would just be ok to mix it in with some extend or just some water and chase it down with something..
 
Yes, you can. It is not that bad tasting.
 
I'd say take it with a tablespoon of olive oil, as steroids are fat-soluble, and fats should help absorption.

Be sure you have a scale or something to accurately measure the doses.
 
alright guys thanks for the replies. And yeah i have a scale, I wouldnt try to eyeball the dosage when it comes to things like this haha
