Capping my own supplement? [Multiple questions]

Hello,
I plan to capp my own supps to save bucks.
Nutraplanet's Deluxe Capping Kit ("00") looks a pretty good deal for that.
The stuffs I want to cap is Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Na-R-ALA.
I use to buy Nows Foods ALCAR (750mg/90caps ~21$) and San R-ALA (100mg/120caps ~18$).

Is there any recommadation/problem/contradiction with capping these stuff?
Should I capp them together or separately?
How hard is it to capp and especially for scaling the right dosage?
Is that really worth it (time spending, wasting powder, messy operation)?
Thanx,

It isn't hard at all in fact I find it calming. I put on some tunes, get everything set up, and go to town. As long as you're not trying to cap in a wind tunnel there will be no waste. I fit ~800mg of my powders into each "00" cap. Having the empty caps around is great too if you are using liquid research chems.
That pretty much says it all. It ain't hard to do. Even I can do it.

I'd cap them separately, that way it is easier to adjust a dose if need be.

Its pretty easy to cap your own powders, just make sure your math is right.

Some powders are easier to cap then others. Just keep everything dry and it should go smoothly.

What I do to find out how much in each cap is count out my fifty empty capsules and put them in a baggy.
Throw the baggy on the scale, write down the weight.
Fill the caps. Throw them back in the baggy and weigh again. Divide by 50 and there have weight per cap.

I think it is definitely worth the time and as you move to other things it will be a big money saver.

I ordered a bunch of different size, coloured and flavoured caps from capsuline. I just work out the right volume and select the right cap.
Different colours are cool too, makes organising a stack less complex.

Do you use their capsule filling machine or the capp-m-quick?
Has anyone (else) tried it?

Thats wicked expensive if you ask me. The point of capping is to be able to customize and save money and spending $ 90 on a capping machine is kinda counter productive, don't you think?

Just don't let the caps sit...

I use the capem quick it is pretty straight forward and easy to use. It looks like about the same thing as the one in the link only it does 50 at a time and it was only like 20$

PS make sure you get a kit with a tamper included

I just use a cap em quick, i just like capsuline's colours and sizes and bulk orders are pretty cheap.
