How to measure toremifene citrate, and how much should my rats ingest?

Toremifene citrate 30ml@ 50mg/ml, how do i measure this out to correct dosages?

giving rats 4 week SD pulse. ingesting them MWF at 10 to 20mg with the poison.


whats proper dosage for this sort of setup, don't want overkill since its a pulse, also how to measure this out into proper dosage.

sounds good, i just need to figure out how to measure it. if i grabbed a dropper what amount would equal after 120 like 90 60 etc. sorry if im being retarded here but im just throwing a brain fart when it comes to measuring.

usually the droppers are metered as .25 ml increments. Or you may want to see if you can get an oral syringe at a local drugstore or veterinary supply, as that is frequently used to give animals medications

just divide by 50. So 90/50 = 1.8, 60/50 = 1.2, 30/50 = .6

normally yes.

so at the doses from the one post

Days 1-3 120mg
Days 4-18 60 mg

2.4*3 = 7.2
.6*15 = 9

so a little more than half the bottle.
