I think they are the labels from the betas-they do have rice Olig. plus the whey concentrate was taken out too.

This is surprising...no really, it is....no, seriously - I didn't think anyone was looking forward to delicious Chocolate and Peanut Butter.....I figured the stock would sit around for months and months until we had to change the flavor name to Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Cobweb.

Yes. I love the chocolate UP, but the Chocolate Peanut Butter is great. The quality of mixing UP is great, and after you take a drink it does not leave a bitter aftertaste/bite, so no bitter protein face.
In attempt to describe the taste, I would say if you blended a Reese's Peanut Butter cup, the taste would be very close.
FYI
I mixed 2 scoops w/12oz of water.
