Nice. Are you going take all three at once, or take one every 15 minutes?
I have no clue lol. I've never read anything about taking them every 15min or taking them all at once. What should I do? Also for my actually workout days should I take all 4 at once or like you said every 15min or wtv?

Label says 1 hour. I would just adjust according to how your body responds. I noticed at times it kicks in sooner rather then later. Luckily I live about 5 minutes from the gym, so once I start feeling it, I head out to the gym.

**** it..i cant wait for hockey so i just took RPM now and im going to workout b4 hockey.
RPM didnt do that much for me...maybe because it was my first time working out in 2weeks because i got my wisdom teeth removed.
Just received my bottle today as well!! I can't wait for tomorrows workout so I can finally try it:head: :dance: I also got a few more goodies ala Designer Supplemnts newest supps, and Restore with my RPM:smite: AND tomorrow I will be getting in my other goodies ala Leviathan/DCP, Reset AD. I have to order some Blue up as well, and can't make up my mind between the Extend/ Vasocharge combo, or Swell along with some EAA's:think:

haha yeh not Drive RPM...i finally fell asleep at 4am..lucky for me i work at 2 everyday. Would stacking RPM and Drive make sense?
