Taking PowerFULL with food? will it still work?

Dosing powerfull can be a hassle when bulking when you are recommended to take on an empty stomach for an hour before and after........If you were to take with food what can someone expect? will it degrade? need to take more? side effects? or ineffective?
 
PP, the reason it is advised to be taken on a CARBless stomach is due to absorbtion/effectiveness reasons...

...although I personally think it would still have sometype of effectiveness with food, it really wouldn't be worth it, ya know?

Can I ask why? Are you having some trouble with your diet routine?
 
I'd say its more a question of carbs than meals per se. if you can take it at least 30-45 min after a medium carbs meal (50g) and give at least 1 1/2 hrs from taking it till another fair carbs meal, that should be ok. The studies showing GH levels lowering were done with 100g of carbs
 
No carbs = GH response

Carbs = GH loss

I don't think it would effect test boosting capabilities.

Insulin blunts GH response when both are activated concurrently.

Carbohydrates do not affect the SS portion of PFull.

As well, you could take it with a protein-specific meal.

easiest scenario is before a workout and before bed.

Insulin stops releasing an hour after eating. Instead of dosing before a meal dose after the meal and the HGH response will last 90 minutes than eat.

Are you eating every 2 hours and if you eat every 3 hours it fits in nicely.

They used 100grams dextrose but Once you go over 15grams of carhohydrates, you release insulin.

I like 2 before the workout on an empty stomach and 2 before bed on an empty stomach:cheers:
 
Dont forget 2 pre-cardio in the AM.

Pre fasted cardio with some added Leucine, forskolin, Green tea, Alcar, cissus for the anti catabolic end and some caffiene and it melts off!:head: :dance: :fool2:
 
how would one fix pslin and pwrfull into the mix pre-wo?


would we take pslin 1 hr 15 min prior to wo, have pre-wo meal 15 min later, then take pwrfull right at the start of the w/o an hr later? or do you suggest something else
