Pp/sd Cycle

I'm got a week left of my pp/superdrol cycle and its been great. Gained 14 lbs so far and bench max has gone up 55 lbs.

My cycle looked like this

Week

1. 30 mg PP
2. 30 mg PP
3.15 mg PP 20 mg SD
4. 30 mg SD
5. 30 mg SD
6. 30 mg SD

I was wondering what dosage of Tamoxifen citrate I should use and how long for post cycle therapy.

nolva for 3 weeks:

40/40/20

take 60mg for the first 2 days

If you're using Tamox then you'll need 60/60/30 to equal those doses of Nolva.
30mg Tamox = 20mg Nolva

Nolva alone should be enough for 3 weeks shouldnt it? Im not running an atd with it.

wtf? nolvadex IS tamoxifen citrate man. There's no dose conversion.

Standard is 40/40/20/20 but with Superdrol they say that nolva upregulates progesterone receptors and with superdrol that can lead to delayed gyno, so Toremifene is needed.

Speaking of Tor, weasel maybe ur confusing Tor and Tamox, although the Tor doses are more than +50% nolva doses.

Actually there is a difference when it comes to tamoxifen CITRATE. Citrate needs to be doses I believe about 33% higher.

BUT, imo you dont need to dose it that high either way...

BUT, imo you dont need to dose it that high either way...

then i retract my statements. i've always read nolvadex = tamoxifen citrate = 40/40/20/20 post cycle therapy protocol.

take it before bed. estrogen levels are highest at night while you sleep.
