How to use tamoxifen citrate

I'm using tamoxifen citrate for my pp/sd pct. I got a 20mg/ml-60 ml vial of it and was wondering how I use it and what I should dose it at? I got a dropper for the lid , but there isnt any numbers to measure it with. Can someone help me out.

go to a pharmacy I.E. CVS or walgreens and get a baby medican dropper it will have a unit of measurement on it....then dose accordingly...
