Which would be the superior penetrator so to speak to use with Lipoderm ultra?

i know i heard one review saying that capcasin got him better results than RK but Rk was a lot more bareable. I think he said that the results margin was not off by much that he thought RK with ultra would be the best combo.

Add them to the bottle and shake. You should be able to get around 4-5 grams of RKs into a regular 8 ounce bottle of bulk lipoderm.

As far as a standalone thermogenic, is it pretty effective orally at doses of 100mg-200mg.
