    I go by feel, as I've outlined in my log.


    But only on Primary work, all assistance work is done with as much intensity as possible.

    I don't understand why you wouldn't just keep to 5/3/1 for your primary lifts but then use the conditioning and SS for the assistance work.

    This is my assertion as well.

    You'll know what you need to do...intensity is dictated to you, there's no question and if you're feeling awesome you can wreck ****. Conversely, of not hit the min and go home.

    Auto-regulation for the masses.

    Different intensities
    Rowing 3x a week
    Some type of conditioning as well ( not sled always cause I don't always have acess but something else for sure)

    Did I miss snything fellas?

  23. I went from ~6' to 6'2" and gained about 20 pounds. That's the last time I was anywhere near 250.
