10 weeks out is a bit early to start taking openers for a raw guy. You're strength testing when you still should be strength building a bit. It's good to have an idea on what your openers should be, but always remain flexible with them.

I did some testing Bc I have no idea where my squat is at. I definitely understand what your saying, I was just trying to get a feel for my numbers and see how comfortable I am with 2 plates. The past two weeks I've tested stregnth on all lifts. I won't do it again until the meet. Appreciate the advice like always

It's a good feeling not to have to worry about protein for a while. Got 5lb tub mp, 2 lb tub of on, and tub of vasolate. I'm set as hell

Also weighed in this morning, sitting at 176. Gonna go for 185 then lose a few for the meet.

One thing you can do while you're training with Rob, as you're both working up in your warmup sets, you'll get to your work sets sooner. As he continues to work up and do his work sets, drop the weight back down and keep getting sets in. That'll help you get volume and catch up to his numbers sooner.

Not that what I said had anything to do with anything, I just figured that advice would pay dividends.

I think if you just slowed the fck down and reset after every rep you could queue yourself to flatten your back at the start. Neutral neck, no hyperextension...

Good call herder. Smoker, I think you were on to something with not being able to pull your hips back and squeeze your ass checks. Could be mobility that maybe some GMs or RDLs could help with so you know how to. Just a thought. In for more ideas.

Edit: and a napalm appears. Good point brother.

Ok, I'll start completely resetting after every rep. That should help me some. And your right, I need neural neck for squats and dead

My mobility is so bad I'm a landline phone bro. You'll have to teach me to gm. Don't get impatient man!

Yea I didn't realize, Cressey is a pretty serious puller.

Now Smoker has to watch
Hey man, I got bio studying. I have to read 8 chapters by Monday. No exam or anything, I just gotta know what the **** is going on.

10min study break. Boom. Psychology journals say 15min on/15 off is the best way to retain information.

If you can find time for Ron Kramer you can find time to improve your deadlift.

Edit: I see you are going to watch. Everything went better than expected.

Flexibility is my issue. I need to shoot my ass back and not squat down. I like the rope pull analogy Creasy used. Gonna have to step it up on mobility for lower body.

I am no where near either part of that phrase. I'm telling you, lacross balls. The other stuff is cool, but you could get away with that for tools.

Edit: ****. Was replying to you in my log. Ops

Sucks about vick. What I don't like about foles is he only throws short passes. It's like watching hs football. But he's not looking bad

Squats went well but lower back was stiff. Off Monday and Tuesday, Deload bench wed

Tough game for the giants bro. Just hope vick is good for next week. Eagles need the qb with the 7th most passing yards by a lefty qb in nfl history to play or their in trouble.

Stay faithful to big blue thou man. Season ain't over yet

What are you the encyclopedia of worthless Michael Vick stats?

Foles looked fine while stomping NY. I've been saying all season that Vick was gonna get hurt, I'm surprised it lasted so long.

Foles looked solid. Still throwing too many short passes thou. Needs to take more chances like the celek throw. Vick should be fine and it was a good call keeping him out. With an easier schedule coming up, birds need to get on a roll.

And you like that run in the 1st vick had Jim? It was a thing of beauty my friend

Doesn't mean your a bad qb. Since 2011, Eli manning leads the nfl in turnovers. I wouldn't classify him as a bad qb.

We were in it until Foles came in and knew how to pass the ball. G-Men just gonna have to draft another great DE and go for it all in 2 years.

Huh? Giants were down when vick left yes? they were losing by 12 I believe. Foles then blew the lead. He made a good pass to celek, but the eagles won Bc of giants turnovers. Foles had great field position on his touchdown runs too

Plus, it's not that hard to complete passes when the majority is 5 yards or under

It's called reading what a defense gives you. Also, Foles doesn't play defense bro. Do you even football?

Did you see his drives to open up the 3rd? Pitiful my man. He did have some good plays, but there's a reason he only throws 5 yards. His deep passes blow. The hang time is ridiculous and the distance is sub par bro. He's Kevin kolb 2.0

Who had a better passing day?

Foles threw more passes no? Avg pass yards per completion? And don't forget Vicks 79 yards rushing, and the fact that once he left, the run game declined
