    ha ha yea actually i did that. i was drinking about 2/3-1 gallon of whole milk and eating 2 cheat meals a day along with pounds of ground beef and turkey bacon..... still didnt gain. my body needs quality not quantity. i have the fastest metabolism!

    Transformation is awesome too man, your a workhorse now. Don't even shed too much weight, you get so weak. I cut 30 on my last cut, and I'm not recomping like 10 of that back.

    Get the daily protein amount constant and then add in anything else. There is no mystery here bubba. You just aren't getting enough cals. The quality/quantity determines what the results look like.


    On another note, is your dog a bulldog/boxer mix Inarius? Awesome looking dog bubba.

    Oh I got it now man! Just have to learn my body like everyone else.

    Man you got big no wonder your throwing around heavy weight. Im not going in that direction tho, aesthetics for me!

    She's an olde english bulldogge. 75lbs at 10 months old. Shes gonna be a beast.

    Roxie. She's the friendliest dog I've ever known. She wants to meet everyone and say hello. She won't be done growing until she hits about 2 years old. She won't get much taller but she'll get thicker and beefier.

    Food:
    Breakfast: 60g of P
    Protein Bar
    3 Scoops Muscle Milk

    Lunch: 70g of P
    2 chicken breasts, 3 cups of rice

    Snack: 60g of P
    3 Scoops Muscle Milk, 2 Apples

    Dinner: 60g of P
    1 Large Chicken Breast (3/4lb), 1/2 cup of rice (uncooked...) so about 1.5 cups cooked.

    Yeah and it was after pulling some heavy weight... I think I was good for about 20 more lbs today and maybe a little bit more when I'm fresh. I'm going to hopefully start moving my raw squat up into the mid 400's here soon.

  33. Sucky Bench Day

    Going into the gym I felt empty... Needed to get some more carbs in but I just didn't have the time or resources at work today.

    My lower back and legs are extremely sore from my workout yesterday. Ideally I would have taken tonight off and do this workout tomorrow night but some times life intervenes and you have to make things work.

    Bench Press

    225 x8 (here I thought to myself... this is going well... feeling strong.... didn't last long though)

    335 x2 (barely squeaked out the second rep)

    Incline DB bench

    Cable Flies 4 sets of 10

    front raises
    4 sets of 8

    My bench technique felt off all night... My lower back soreness hindered my bench tonight. There's always next week.

    Just doing my thing. Working, working out. Diet has gone to hell but winter's coming so it's all gravy. Still able to hit my marks on pullups so I can't complain.

  38. Life got in the way of my training session tonight. Back day was pushed until tomorrow. All is well. Just have to make up for that extra rest day with some heavy barbell rows.
