    Very similar to mine. I took a conservative jump to 374 second and when it moved better than 352, I took 402. Could possibly have pressed 407-413. We'll never know.

    385 will be a 5 lb pr. Then going big for somewhere around 400. I'm going conservative and focusing on the total first so well see how the second moves.

    Probably a few weeks of light deload work and some relaxing. Taking care of some things in life that I've been ignoring because of the meet.

    Looking to clean up the diet and then get back to training soon. Gonna try knee wraps next.
