So guys I decided to actually make a log here (yet again) and keep up with it. Just keep the comments to a minimum
I have had a lot of great strength gains with 531 in the past and as I really like speed work I will be using simple weight lifting movements to work on the speed aspect. And do some Time based density workouts (via crossfit WODs)
I have just tested my 1RM on the conventional deadlift, OHP so far, and next I will test my 1RM on the bench and squat and will put them in later.
Supps currently using:
HGH power patch
Ostarine (25mgs ED)
Albuterol (8mg ED)
S4 (50mgs Every strength day)
BCAAs, EAAs, Taurine, beta alanin, creatine, multi vitamin (Orange Triad), EFA, digestive enzymes.
I follow a MEBB type deal for now trying to test my max. (I feel it is VERY close to the wendler method. The max effort and total body movement will be "borrowed" from the MEBB, BUT the selection on the day of use will be more based on the Wendler method, mainly because I feel that doing a Max effot OHP then following with 5x5 push presses is just really bad for over training the joint. Odd seeing it's for cross fit. But those guys sometimes do really intensive movements that are similar)
I am currently half way through a competition with FL3X (Some of you may have heard of him) 8 weeks, best transformation gets a bottle of HCGenerate from the Need To Build Muscle store. So I will post pics.
In the morning I did some skill work for Hand Stand Push ups, did some flex things for the catch on the clean. did some mobility as well.
185x1 (Felt really unstable, could have been form, I do this standing and unsupported)
195x0 (Failed.... probably will try this in a month or so)
Power clean&press (So I pull these from the ground, catch it in the standing position, and press it over my head)
