Yeah I actually increased my low end of reps from 6-8 up to 10-12, and I then I do 15-20 the following workout. However the training I will start next week will be 20 reps per set.

405x5 (this is all the weight I have in my house....)
10lb plates 5x20reps
Also in the AM I did 3 rounds of 5 rep ManMakers (20lb dbs in each hand, push up, then a row, push up row with other hand, push up into a squat, clean the DBs, OHP the dbs. That's one rep. These are not easy... )
15 reps of these took 6 minutes... In the middle of set 1-2 and 2-3 i did sumo high pulls.
Yesterday I did "Grace"
30 reps of 135lbs power clean/press for time
This almost killed me.
Today I am doing "The Chief" also might do some squats.
Quick outline for the WOD
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 power cleans, 3 reps
6 push ups
Rest 1 minute
This is gonna hurt....
