  6. Workout
    ME Bench
    135x5
    185x5
    205x5
    225x5
    245x5
    275x3
    285x1
295x1 (Matched my previous, but hell I didn't really train bench for over 3 months... so this is good news)

    Snatch grip Deadlifts
    135x5
    135x5
    135x5
    135x5
    135x5

Rack Pulls (Pulls from just above the knee)
    135x5
    225x5
    275x5
    315x5
    345x5
    395x5
    405x5
    405x5
405x5 (this is all the weight I have in my house....)

    Side laterals
    10lb plates 5x20reps

Also in the AM I did 3 rounds of 5 rep ManMakers (20lb dbs in each hand, push up, then a row, push up row with other hand, push up into a squat, clean the DBs, OHP the dbs. That's one rep. These are not easy... )
15 reps of these took 6 minutes... In the middle of set 1-2 and 2-3 i did sumo high pulls.

  7. Yesterday I did "Grace"

30 reps of 135lbs power clean/press for time

    4min 30s

    This almost killed me.

Today I am doing "The Chief" also might do some squats.

    Quick outline for the WOD

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
    135 power cleans, 3 reps
    6 push ups
    9 squats

    Rest 1 minute
    5 rounds.

    This is gonna hurt....

send me a WOD I'll try it lol. So long as it doesn't require rings, or Hand stand push ups I can usually do anything.

  20. in regards to my cleans... the time aspect of the thing REALLY makes my cleans WAY faster. It made 135 feel like nothing, and I wasn't even pulling that hard... Being at home I can't explode off the second pull like I usually do (Used to do A LOT of hang power cleans) cause I feel like my floor is gonna break...

Also, 275x5 deads... haha that felt hella light too. I probably could have done it for 10 but... meh, I am lifting for strength, I'll do speed stuff for reps.

Gotta increase my Vo2 max and endurance... Tennis season is 12 weeks away, w/o playing tennis I must be in top shape for it.

I live in an old fashioned Japanese house... Tatami mats are my floors, there is no garage, no outside, no insulation, no hot water... I kid you not... I have a heater outside that heats the water in my tub and I have to use that to shower.. in the winter it's freezing in my house... just 3 more months... and I'll be back home in Hawaii after my 3 year teaching experience lol. Everytime I do a squat the floor gives a good inch... The nearest gym is about 1.5hrs away about $20 one way to get there, and $5 a visit.... I bought my own gym. It was cheaper.

Holy ****! Props for being resourceful, that floor is scary tho. And you do the high volume crossfit WO's. Anybody live below you? Maybe you should ask them to install some sort of support right under where you lift heavy, luke what is used in a basement to support a sagging floor joist/beam!

luckily i live on the first floor lol. I've looked under the mats... omfg... there are like 0.5 inch wooden planks randomly placed there... just 2 more months... Hopefully on the weekends I can hit that far expensive gym to pull heavy cleans... I don't think my floor can take cleans any higher than 185.... Well I won't be able to pull them w/o "jumping" so if I do that my floor is bound to go....
