295x1 (Matched my previous, but hell I didn't really train bench for over 3 months... so this is good news)
Snatch grip Deadlifts
Rack Pulls (Pulls from just above the knee)
405x5 (this is all the weight I have in my house....)
10lb plates 5x20reps
Also in the AM I did 3 rounds of 5 rep ManMakers (20lb dbs in each hand, push up, then a row, push up row with other hand, push up into a squat, clean the DBs, OHP the dbs. That's one rep. These are not easy... )
15 reps of these took 6 minutes... In the middle of set 1-2 and 2-3 i did sumo high pulls.RecoverBro ELITE

Quick outline for the WOD
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 power cleans, 3 reps
6 push ups
Rest 1 minute
This is gonna hurt....RecoverBro ELITE

Read your story on the first page. Pretty interesting bud.
Lift the fücking weight from the floor, or leave it on the ground. The thoughts are supposed to be daunting. The pain is meant to be tormenting.

in regards to my cleans... the time aspect of the thing REALLY makes my cleans WAY faster. It made 135 feel like nothing, and I wasn't even pulling that hard... Being at home I can't explode off the second pull like I usually do (Used to do A LOT of hang power cleans) cause I feel like my floor is gonna break...
Also, 275x5 deads... haha that felt hella light too. I probably could have done it for 10 but... meh, I am lifting for strength, I'll do speed stuff for reps.
Gotta increase my Vo2 max and endurance... Tennis season is 12 weeks away, w/o playing tennis I must be in top shape for it.

Holy ****! Props for being resourceful, that floor is scary tho. And you do the high volume crossfit WO's. Anybody live below you? Maybe you should ask them to install some sort of support right under where you lift heavy, luke what is used in a basement to support a sagging floor joist/beam!Originally Posted by mattrag

with elbows parallel to the ground? This is the form I am working towards lol. I use the wraps on bench press. But recently I have had no joint pains.
