Weird. I usually don't have a problem, but I've been climbing the ladder each time I switch protein, so it makes sense (went from new EAS [garbage!] to Nutrapro [R.I.P.] to Dymatize, just tried MGN and it's AMAZING but I wonder about the quality now since the musclefeast email...)

I haven't heard about it, what's the dealio?

Now that I think about it, UMP is a milk based protein. I don't handle lactose well.....anyone think this may be an issue of my bloated mid-section/losing slower than the rest of my body?

I've already begun seeing vascularity in my legs & upper body, they appear to be on pace. Yee ole abbbbbdominals, not so much.

  3. Weight was 196, this morning. Kicked the cardio up more! I'll be sitting down and discussing my diet further with my coach today, as you all know I'm behind.

Body just hasn't been responding well the past few weeks, it's like I have hit a wall! I'm not giving up though, if it means 2.5hrs of cardio a day & 3 sessions, I'll do it. So far this has been, if nothing else, a great learning experience and test of self discipline. Thing is I still have 6 more weeks!

  7. Thanks for the kind words fellas!

Training has been super draining with this 108-110 heat. It's weird, I feel dead but I can still push the weight. I'm really surprised my strength hasn't dipped too much.

On a side note, I'm saving soooo much money with this contest prep! I don't really do anything bc I don't have the energy, plus I can't miss a meal. I could get used to this part of bodybuilding lol.

  9. Thanks my man. I wanted to go a little more I depth with my macro breakdowns for this past week. As mentioned I have very low carb day followed by a moderate carb day.

Low carb day is 1/2 grapefruit with breakfast, then just lots of green veggies
Moderate carb day is 1/2 cup oats with breakfast, 1/2 cup brown rice with lunch & a sweet potato with my post workout meal daily total is about 100 or so.

Protein remains 350 and fat is a little lower on the carb days, total calories are the same both days. Just a bit different way of getting them.

  10. Went into the work for a few hours today & wasn't able to do any cardio. I guess I'll take the good with the bad, made about $180 (which pays for my flight to San Diego & one day of a rental car)

I've been so stressed out these past 3 weeks, nothing to do with the show. It's all been from family issues & it's starting to affect my sleep.

On a positive note, my HyperT2 should arrive today! I'll start that ASAP. Today is the 5 week mark so I started tanning, I'll also re-evaluate my diet 2maro with my coach. Nothing too drastic to change I'd imagine, maybe just more days between moderate carb days.

The T-911 has my libido thru the rooof! My gyno has shrunk as well, strength hasn't dipped much so maybe this is attributed to the T-911 as my total daily calories are around 2,200 but it feels soooo much less than that.

  18. Energy has been in the crapper this week.

Anyone have thoughts on 1 cap glycobol before bed? Lower insulin levels for deep sleep and more fat burning! I found 14caps in my bill box, guess I has them prep'd and forgot about them.

  20. Lets keep at it, DW.

And I agree with Rosie - you can do this with Glycobol.

  21. late sub.
    :blindfold:

  22. Glycobol added!

I thank'd a marine at the gym for his services to our country today, dont want a golden star for it or anything. It's just something I try and do when I see men/women in the service. It's something easy to do, and something I think more people should do.

    You're coming along good brother!

  27. Double cardio day...FFFFFFF

One thing to note. Since I've started this Hyper T2, I feel better. I'm not saying it gives me energy or anything like that. I just feel more "normal" so to speak, without any dips in energy.

  28. I've been soooo hungry these past 2 days, it's been unreal. Surely, food will only become less volume & flavorful after this Saturday (3 week mark)

Excited to see measurements/weight/pics. It'll be almost 2 weeks of T2. Strength hasn't budged at all. To be honest, it hasn't really dropped off much the entire prep. If its a carb day I push near the same weight as 12 weeks out. Low carb days I just run out of steam. I think that's a good thing? Lol

  29. Woke up looking really good today! Feeling better about my prep also.

    Measurements, weights and pictures 2maro!

Workout was great today. Strength was great, did my 4 sets of 10 with 40's for alternating DB curls and 205 for close grip bench (superst)

Any of you guys following live in SoCal?

Well, looks like the dieting down is treating you well, even though the countdown is closing down. How do you think this time compares to the last time you cut?

I'm keeping more strength this time, by a lot. I'm not 100% on how that correlates to the success of the cut but it has to be positive. I feel like I've kept more size too, my arms are still over 17" flexed. I know they weren't close to that size last time. Biggest thing is ab fat, lower ab fat at that. Seems to be much more stubborn this time around. However, I was a lot heavier this time also.

  36. Adjustments have been made to diet. Back on a 1 low/1 high etc...everything else has stayed the same
    Serious Nutrition Solutions Representative

  37. I think the 1 high 1 low is affecting my strength is a positive way. Nothing revolutionary here but finished parallel squats with 365 for 8 I think. That's 2x's body weight for reps, I'll take it.

Been feeling great these past few weeks, not hitting that mid day loss of energy. I was having a hard time sleeping but 3Z is the truth, pair that with a cap of phenibut about 45mins later it's game over. Sleep through the night no problem & 6 hrs of energy feels like a million bunks these days

  38. Last night I had to go remove my younger brother from my moms house.....I'm working on about 3.5hts of sleep. So far I feel ok but we'll see how the rest of the day goes. Not really what I was looking forward to 2.5 weeks out.
