    How did it go? My shoulders, especially left, were killing me, so I ended up having a huge cheat (well, "normal Rosie", LOL) meal (but considered a "cheat" because I had already had my 8-hour feeding window from 0930-1730) after my second training session tonight.

    It went pretty well. I didn't go as heavy on DB overhead press, cut the last set at 85x6, usually go 100x6 but it seemed to "loosen" up after that. Today it's sore, but the good, normal kind.

    I had my carb up last night also, I'm sure yours was MUCH more glorious than mine haha.

    Good Hey, we all have days we need to go lighter, and that's ok.

    I don't do things by halves, that's for sure, LOL, although half/half clean/junk. That said, still lost just over a pound from yesterday to today, which backs up what I was saying to someone yesterday about such meals having an ability to HELP progress (especially if they are had as the POST-TRAINING meal)

    That's when my carb up meals are, post-workout & last of the day. I'm a grandpa and am usually in bed by 9pm lol.

    Looks like I'll be adding some LG Liq T-911 here soon guys. Pretty excited after talking to some users.

    I'll be starting ECA stack on Saturday, the T-911 included. I guess it'll be slightly more of an ECYA stack.

    I don't know if I mentioned but diet will also be changing on Saturday. I am also assuming (but not 100%) my cardio will also be changing.

    Wednesday seems to be my worst day for energy. Makes sense as my carb up is Thursday. It's a mental thing on Thursday, knowing I get to devour carbs post workout.

    I also want to point out, I consume a Biotest Spike energy drink about everyday pre-workout. I'll add that to my 'supplement list'

    Shew, I'm gased! Workout was ok, strength is starting to waiver a little. On the 3rd and 4th sets I'm only getting 9 or 8 reps, not the 10 outlined. I'm not going to sweat it though. Looks are what's most important right now.

    Speaking oh which, I'm ghostly pale. The triple digit temperature and dozens of screaming kids but our community pool has made me and the AC best friends. Has to change this weekend, not going to pay for tanning just yet.

    Excited to see what I'm weighing Saturday morning. My waist "feels" smaller but you never know. A guy made a comment at the gym tonight that I was looking leaner, in reference to when, I don't know. Fingers crossed...

    Slightly irritated. I ordered from Nutraplanet on Wednesday, paid for 2-3 day shipping and my package is just sitting at the Fed-ex location, SINCE 8:37am YESTERDAY!!!!! Says 'not due for delivery' and date says Monday. By my calculations, isn't that 4days?!?!?

    It's an extra $11 for the 2-3 days, not a ton of money but enough to irritate me....not a good way to start my day.

    -30min faster cardio every morning (mon-sun)
    -ECA taken before faster cardio (25/200/81)

    I'll also add the T-911, waiting to hear about dosing and if 3/day is acceptable/advisable.
    -1st dose pre-fasted cardio

    My hunger is retarded, all day I've been starving. I'm about to eat my carb up meal and I feel like not even this stands a chance.

    ECA had me wired this morning and into the afternoon, a little sluggish around workout time & really sleepy now. I've been up for about 16hrs with 50gr of carbs, training, 1 hr of cardio and 8 hrs at work do I guess it's normal haha. Ahhh good ole grown up life!

    I just bought my first set of 2 liters. Been at maintenance (surplus training days less otherwise) for a while but started dieting about a month ago again. Surprised I went this long without needing that or gum but it's become a problem.

    Man, energy has been garbage the past few days. The hunger and repetitiveness of eating bland food isn't getting to me, it's not an issue, this not having energy thing SUCKS!!!! If there were 2 more hours in the day, my life would be perfect!

    7 weeks out, 199.5lbs this morning. Energy is running low, but feeling good about progress thus far.

    Still have a lot of work to do, trying to stay positive. Nothing crazy to report about the T-911 from an appearance stand point. Libido, totally different story, it's way up. I have been dosing 2x's/day but I'll be starting 3x/day.

    I also picked up some iForce TT-33, 3 bottles, it was only $10 at nutra so figured why not. Anyone have any experience with it?

    Pretty excited my gym will have normal hours for the 4th! This means I don't have to make any special arrangements for my cardio sessions!

    I'm without a car now, something with the sway bar & rear strut is messed up. I'll be workout out a little later as a result, hope it doesn't mess with my sleep

    Had a great workout, caught a 2nd wind. I don't know where it came from but I flew threw my workout with no problem.

    In the midst of my carb up right now, I'm in heaven! Yesterday was the hardest day of dieting thus far. Hope that's behind me, feeling really good today!

    Up'd my cardio, 45min post workout now. I'll also add in 10gr BCAA before fasted cardio and intra workout (with the 10gr of Glutamine)

    After using Beverly protein for about my entire prep, I had to use some dymatize casein & whey blend. Taste isn't awful but it's absolutely tearing up my stomach.

    I almost always have stomach issues when switching proteins, any body else is that boat or am I just weird?
