I can objectively say that I don't really have a problem I can't solve except for my calves. My results everywhere else are great and I couldn't be happier with them but I need help on a calves routine....frequency, workload and the like. I don't plan on receiving free help on this but just throwing it out there.

LOL....Not the problem, the problem is Weekends, sooooo easy to stray on the weekend. Cheat day turns into cheat days!

Stick with Poliquin, he'll get you results. I've been following him for some time now and had the problem with to much information also. Sometimes I still have that problem. I just recently became a certified strength coach with Poliquin. He's the best out there.

Used to be my problem too, but I start my week on Sundays now at the gym. Keeps my weekends short, and keeps me feeling better about myself.

My problem is diet when it comes to cutting. Right now I'm trying to drop the fat around my midsection (to get only about 2-4% lower) while keeping my muscle. I can't get it through my head that I need to eat more than I do, I feel like if I eat anymore than 2000 calories, I'm eating too much.

2. Any strict diet gets derailed immediately by weekends with family or friends. I think it could be said that going to my parents house also acts as a "trigger" for overeating as well.
3. Mental distortion when dieting. When losing weight I feel and look fatter in the mirror (illusion) and when I gain weight I feel like I'm getting leaner, when the scale and other people tell me the opposite.
4. Wanting to both lose weight and have high lifts. As soon as I lose weight, my lifts drop and then it bothers me. When my lifts gain, it's always accompanied by overeating, so I gain weight too.

For me, other than sleep issues, after trying to bulk for a while and eating like 4-5k calories a day for about 2 weeks, i get backed up and sorta sick untill i cant eat. I think i have a messed up colon or something, i sort of want to get a colonic. Which brings me to my next point..
My belly, im skinny as hell but i dont have a skinny stomach. its the worst thing to be very lean and have a nice rounded belly. its not huge, but compared to the rest of my body, its the only place that stores fat.
