I’ve done split routines, plyometrics, normal 3 day routes and 5 day routes. 6 days a week.
Now, I’m getting ready to hit a cycle hard, im currently in a cut phase, but will interrupt for additional mass.

Kind of looking for guidance on the next cycle. :welcome::study: superdrol seems good, but I hear for the harshness on the liver its not worth doing? I am still looking to cut BF, but want some mass. The diet will be very clean. AM Fats mostly, very strict. No more then 3500+ and protein in the 300 range.
