I'm looking to start cutting down for the next 3 months and was hoping for opinions/advice on my plan and supplement stack.
I am 30 years old, weigh 80kg at 183cm tall. Body fat is 14%. I'm looking to get this down to at least 10%, keeping as much strength and lean mass as possible. Currently I do resistance training 3 days/week and low intensity cardio 2 days/week. I always train fasted. I follow the Metabolic diet in conjunction with intermittent fasting (16/8).
My stack and regimen plan is:
DAA - 3g daily
Turbo 2-2-2 - only on work out days (5 days on 2 days off)
(original) -4/day (2 pre workout, 2 post workout on workout days - 4 spread evenly on non work out days)
(original) - 3/day (2 upon rising and the third later in the day, still during fasted state)
SNS - 4/day pre workout only
- 1g daily upon rising
- 100mg daily upon rising
- 1 scoop daily upon rising
On top of this I also use:
BCAA(8:1:1) - 10g pre workout and 20g slowly sipped post workout
Creatine - 5g pre workout and 10g slowly sipped post workout
- 5g pre workout
- 1.5g pre workout
- 6g with mid afternoon snack (can stop if conflicts with omega-6 in X-Gels)
Low dose aspirin (100mg)
Plus the usual daily multivitamins
To add some complexity for the mega brains like Mr. Cooper, I also take 1mg of Finasteride daily for hair loss. I dont look horrible with a shaved head so I am willing to swallow some pride and stop taking it if it will make a big difference to free testosterone levels.
I also have some reserves of ephedrine and if they synergise with the stack at all.
