So I am trying to put together a nice stack of supplements to assist with mainly building strength and muscle (cutting some fat wouldn't be bad, either). I'm trying to keep it fairly streamlined as I don't really want to be taking like 40 pills a day, if its avoidable, plus I want to be able to what is doing what and if I stack like 10 different things, it gets confusing.
