Wondering how many of you guys out there are using this? I searched n there's not a lot of feedback about it.
I was using it post workout with my WMS but am now out and think I am going to give LOW-GI carbs a go for this steady cut (had great success in the past going low0-GI on cut)
I have about a 1lb of it left and wondering, in your guy's opinion what would be best to use it. Stil post workout?
I was thinking maybe 1t. 1st thing in the morning and another 1t. post workout.
I've searched and do not really see a need to go over 10gr at a time.
