    I want to start off by thanking the guys at AEN for the chance to test the 2 wonderful products.

    Stats
    6'4
    230lbs
    BF?
    Measurements and Pictures coming tomorrow night.

    Workout Routine

    Monday- Chest/Bi
    Tuesday- Shoulders/Tris
    Wed- Back Forearms
    Thursday- Off
    Friday-Legs
    Sat- Off
    Sun- Off

    Cardio

    My cardio will be the following-

    Afterworks- Running

    Afternoon- Bag Workout-Muay Thai

    Weekends- Running Stairs and sprints

    Goals

    Increase Strength
    Increase Cardio
    Add a few lbs for LBM


    Daily updates with music of the day.

    Thanks Sferal, its hard for me to stick to one routine, so this will prob change. I do like it.

  17. glad to see the cardio appreciation.....i lived for sprints till i jabbed a syringe into my siatic nerve..needless to say i haven't done sprints in a few weeks i totally miss it!

    I have really slacked in that department. Prob the reason why I feel so ****ty all the time. I was always afraid to do cardio when I started to bodybuild. Very stupid I know.

    Chest/Bis

    Flat DB Bench- 90lbs x10, 95lbs x 10, 100lbs x 10 120lbs x 5
    Incline DB Press- 90lbs x 8-10 reps
    Dips- BW- 4 sets of 8-10 reps
    Incline Flyes- 4 sets of 60lbs for 8 reps

    Seated DB Curls- 4 sets up 50lbs for 8 reps
    Cable Curls- 3 sets of 120lbs for 12 reps
    Hammer Curls- 4 sets of 60lbs for 8 reps

    Weights have dropped off some but not as much as I thought. I was very plesed with this workout.

    Got to love the tingles! The IntraBolic tastes good too, I mixed 30minutes before my workout to let it mix togther. Started sipping on it after my first lift.


    The song that got me going the most.

    Pictures will be up sometime this week, my wife needs to find the cord to hook it up to the computer.

    I do too!! I like to hide somewhere in the dark and wait for her to come home its awesome. Last year I went to my parents house and started to beat on their bedroom window and was making strange sounds outside. Priceless

    Thanks alot man. I am still fighting the love handles but they aren't that bad. I never diet per say and have always been lean.
