My goals for this log is to lean out
. I hope within the 50 days of this log I will increase in strength and lean out. I have heard great things about X-Factor and Drive. Both have been reported to have nice leaning effects and I would like to lose some fat while gaining muscles. I will try my best to keep my diet on track and I hope this log goes well.
