    First part of the day was good....and then it got so damn busy and my last 3 meals were awfully close together... I ate ZERO veggies today and I forgot to take some pills so took 3dcp after the cheat meal..hope that is ok??? Well too late/too bad if it wasn't.

    Also experimented with an increased dosage of BA to 3.6g pre-wo, *strong bad move* felt nauseas and had to wait a little while to get over it, but the rest of the workout was fine.

    I'm exhausted and cranky and ready for bed. Yes girltime is in full force. You boys better be nice to me!!! ><

    Ok so its been 10 days so far, the last week being 8 or 9 caps a day... should I stick with that or reduce back to 6?

    Assessment so far - diet and training have been pretty ok.. few cheats here and there but training has been great. However, I am still yet to experience the extraordinary fat loss, but at least there hasn't been any fat gain that I can note! The immediate effects have been some very mild warmth/appetite suppression but nothing to write home about... hmm..any non-respondents dsade??

    But to be fair I am on girl time, eh I will wait another week! I am patient! (well I am convincing myself!)

    I've been pretty lazy lately and drinking musclemilk before bed, but I have decided to experiment with adding a little complex carbs for my last meal to help with my AM workouts, well shall see if it does... and I have stacks of random oatbran, wheatbran, barleybran, bran cereal and more to play with, lol.
    Tried this tonight, it only adds ~50cals but I am so full I can barley move...

    Well not much else to say about DCP at the moment, still at 9 caps.. no sides. Barely notice its even there. Dsade are you out there, should I stick to this dosage???

    Dsade is not here right now, Mrs. Torrance....

    How is the fatloss? Fatloss? How about that....err....fatloss?
    If you are not having any sides, you are welcome to increase dosage. I would shoot for your preworkout dosage first...to maybe 4.

  17. Well it is smack bang middle of summer right now and I am not raising a sweat at all from taking it, or after a meal, just an ever so slight warmth.

    I am still on bloated time right now, I "think" my arms and abs are feeling leaner, but I will do a quick check tomorrow morning, thanks dsade's answering machine!

  18. i never got the sweats either, AB! That's ok, just take those fat measurements, you BF should go down! I found that i haed best results at 9 per day, too!

  19. yeah..i wouldnt put too much worry on the fact your not sweating....ive been on it for a week and the sweating has minimized almost back to normal now but i still have that nice warmth. Remember, the body adjusts and adapts to everything so your used to hot weather, maybe your body doesnt need to sweat because of the increase of body temp.

    like Mace says, just keep focused and keep taking the measurements and im sure you will like the results.

    so I decided to take a couple of measurements today, even though I should probably wait a few more, but here are the differences since 12 days ago:

    Weight: 124.5 (- 2lbs)
    Waist: -.5cm
    Hip: +1cm
    the rest are similar.

    oh and I dug out the calipers, didn't use them at the beginning, and haven't for ages, just been taking measurements but it says 22% bodyfat. would like to get to sub 20 SOON. what can I say, I am the epitomy skinny fat!

    BUTTT... about 1 year ago right when I started..I was 117lbs and 29%!!!

Still it was a decent workout. Topped it off with some mindless cardio! Booya!

BUTTT What am I going to do? I don't to scab free product because of the mishap, but I don't think I can afford $200 right now
