Look at the sassy supplements.. A woman after my own heart.

I'm sure it's appreciated that you put up the cost breakdown per day.

Getting leaner while adding poundages to your lifts would be quite an accomplishment. Good luck, I'll follow this log.

I took DCP over debaucherous vacation overseas and kept lean with an absolutely despicable diet during. The warm/sweaty feeling doesn't really fade with time either.

daddy, I will not be at the arnold , maybe maybe maybeeee if I'm good I'll get invited to the Olympia or next years big A

Ubi, thankyou for joining! Cheats will just happen when they happen, won't take me long that's for sure!

Adams, sorry I keep forgetting to put the smiley faces after my posts, I'm never usually mad!! Crowler remembers me because I believe I was his first aussie customer!

As for weightloss, I don't really care (well trying not to... last year this time when I just got into all this I was 10+ pounds lighter) for what is on the scale, its just another sometimes inaccurate measurement tool... sometimes its useful, but anyway, for this log I'm eating maintenance calories, trying to train my arse off and hopefully let the stack do the rest!! I'm in no hurry to bulk as it is summer here

    Day 5 - Sunday 21/01/2007:

    Training - Cardio day!

    * Warm up:
    elliptical 5min
    treadmill 10min@10km, flat

    * Workout:
    bike 16min - 30sec:60sec work/rest intervals

    * Cool down:
    treadmill 20min random hill setting

    * abs - chair hanging raises 312

Bored to shiznit which is why I kept changing machines !!! BUT!!! I did manage a bit of stretching afterwards for once, biking makes for a sore booty!

    Food

    600mg alc, GXR, GT 3xDCP
    1) oats/whey/yoghurt/banana
    multi

    Pre-wo 1.2g alc, 3.2g BA, 2.8g CM 1sc bcaa
    ** cardio - 1 sc bcaa
pwo - gxr, biotin, GT, 1.2g alc, 3.2g BA, 2.8g CM 1sc bcaa

    ACV
    2) 2x wholemealtoast/cottagecheese/almonds/strawberries
    calcium

    600mg alc,GT 3xDCP
    3) salmon/tomato/celery/cucumber
    4fishies

    GT
    4) kangabangas/tomato/celery/cucumber
    4xfishies, multi

    GT 2xDCP
    5) muscleshake/strawberries

    Thoughts

Cardio cardio.. haven't had a full on cardio day for a while, felt like I could go for ages, but I was just bored out of my brains. Endurance was good, the ba and cm with the DCP helped for sure. Felt a titchy bit light-headed afterwards, but nothing too serious

Noticed a slight funny feeling in my left shoulder.. a little hard to explain.. not a soreness as such but a weird doms gone wrong feeling, little numb, like I slept on that side all night or something? Gah, can't describe it. Reduced last dosage of DCP to 2 caps just in case.

It is the first week that its meant to be 3x3, right.. or 4 days, or doesn't matter, well today is the 3rd day.

    • Flat bench 3x7@70
    • Cable flyes 3x9@66
    • Chest dips practice 4,3,3,3
    • Tricep dips (assisted) 3x8
    • Pushdowns 3x12@11plates

    ** 25min elliptical pwo

Still working on my bench.. and dips, flat bench felt extraordinarily heavy after inclines, otherwise, good workout overall!

    Food

    600mg alc, GXR, GT 3xDCP
    1) oats/whey/yoghurt/banana
    multi

    Pre-wo 1.2g alc, 3.2g BA, 2.8g CM 1sc bcaa
    ** wo - 1 sc bcaa
pwo - gxr, biotin, GT, 1.2g alc, 3.2g BA, 2.8g CM 1sc bcaa

    3xfishies, calcium

    6) roastbeef/roast-potatoes,pumpkin,cauliflower,c arrot,zucchini (CHEATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT)

    Thoughts

Appetite is down again, hot weather doesn't help. BUT I finally cheated because someone brought home a nice fat roast last night!!! Felt somewhat hypo by meal 3 (from the gxr maybe?), so added in some extra fruit there. Reduced dosage to 3,2,2 x DCP - tomorrow will do the same. The numbing shoulder pain from yesterday is almost gone. The anarchy stack is starting to make my body skin look better! Energy is meh, so-so though. BUTTTT I'm feeling LEANER!!! Legs is on the menu tomorrow.

    Day 7 - Tuesday 23/01/2007:

    Training - Legs

    • Speed boxsquat 8x3@88
    • SLDL 4x6@110 (+7)
    • Legpress 4x12@286 (+22!)
    • Frontsquat 3x5@66
    • Cable kickbacks 3x12@3 plates .. haha.. these were a joke
    • decline abs 4x10@22

Killer WO! But just like last week, I think I aggravated something badly during legpress and took it easy afterwards - hipflexors are tender, so tried to find some random exercises to replace lunges. Much much sweat!!

    Food

    600mg alc, GXR, GT 3xDCP
    1) oats/whey/yoghurt/banana/
    leftover roast beef/pasta
    multi

    Pre-wo 1.2g alc, 3.2g BA, 2.8g CM 1sc bcaa
    ** wo - 1 sc bcaa
pwo - gxr, biotin, GT, 1.2g alc, 3.2g BA, 2.8g CM 1sc bcaa

    2) whey/banana/skimmilk

    gxr, GT 2xDCP
    3) 2xwholemeal/cottagecheese/almonds/strawberries
    multi

    gxr
    4) wildrice/kangabangas/tomato/carrot/celery/babyspinach
    3xfishies, calcium

    gxr, ALC, GT 3xDCP
    5) ricenoodles/porkslices/ricepaper/wildrice/chicken/lettuce
    3xfishies, calcium

    6) muscleshake, strawberries

    Thoughts

Meh~ Hunger is increasing a little again.. ok I'm saying it now. No more cheats until saturday! But the extra food from the night before and breakfast certainly made for a damned good workout. Had some trouble sleeping last night (2xdcp was taken 4hrs+ before bed) not sure if that was the cause, also had a nose bleed round about that time as well.. (WTF??!) When I first started taking caffeine I would get that, and when I stopped taking it I also got it... I did drink a bucketload of greentea along with ~2g extract.. wonder if that is a cause.. ok I'm baffling now.

    *all is well*

    /out.

EGCG is a blood thinner. I would say the Green tea is the culprit with the nosebleed.

    Might also contribute to sleeplessness.

Yeah I was thinking that could be probable. When I first started using a fatburner that had a bit of GT in it, and when I got off it, I drank a stack of GT to try and mitigate the caffeine withdrawal factor. I lose track of how much of each pill I take sometimes , especially neutral coloured ones! Luckily DCP is a "unique" colour and smells like the mayo and lettuce from Maccas!! I could never miss it

    Thanks D

    Thoughts

First part of the day was good....and then it got so damn busy and my last 3 meals were awfully close together... I ate ZERO veggies today and I forgot to take some pills so took 3dcp after the cheat meal..hope that is ok??? Well too late/too bad if it wasn't.

Also experimented with an increased dosage of BA to 3.6g pre-wo, *strong bad move* felt nauseas and had to wait a little while to get over it, but the rest of the workout was fine.

I'm exhausted and cranky and ready for bed. Yes girltime is in full force. You boys better be nice to me!!! ><

    Thoughts

Ok so its been 10 days so far, the last week being 8 or 9 caps a day... should I stick with that or reduce back to 6?

Assessment so far - diet and training have been pretty ok.. few cheats here and there but training has been great. However, I am still yet to experience the extraordinary fat loss, but at least there hasn't been any fat gain that I can note! The immediate effects have been some very mild warmth/appetite suppression but nothing to write home about... hmm..any non-respondents dsade??

But to be fair I am on girl time, eh I will wait another week! I am patient! (well I am convincing myself!)

I've been pretty lazy lately and drinking musclemilk before bed, but I have decided to experiment with adding a little complex carbs for my last meal to help with my AM workouts, well shall see if it does... and I have stacks of random oatbran, wheatbran, barleybran, bran cereal and more to play with, lol.
Tried this tonight, it only adds ~50cals but I am so full I can barley move...

Well not much else to say about DCP at the moment, still at 9 caps.. no sides. Barely notice its even there. Dsade are you out there, should I stick to this dosage???

Dsade is not here right now, Mrs. Torrance....

How is the fatloss? Fatloss? How about that....err....fatloss?
If you are not having any sides, you are welcome to increase dosage. I would shoot for your preworkout dosage first...to maybe 4.

Well it is smack bang middle of summer right now and I am not raising a sweat at all from taking it, or after a meal, just an ever so slight warmth.

I am still on bloated time right now, I "think" my arms and abs are feeling leaner, but I will do a quick check tomorrow morning, thanks dsade's answering machine!

yeah..i wouldnt put too much worry on the fact your not sweating....ive been on it for a week and the sweating has minimized almost back to normal now but i still have that nice warmth. Remember, the body adjusts and adapts to everything so your used to hot weather, maybe your body doesnt need to sweat because of the increase of body temp.

like Mace says, just keep focused and keep taking the measurements and im sure you will like the results.

Hey Mp and daddy thanks for dropping by!

so I decided to take a couple of measurements today, even though I should probably wait a few more, but here are the differences since 12 days ago:

    Weight: 124.5 (- 2lbs)
    Waist: -.5cm
    Hip: +1cm
    the rest are similar.

oh and I dug out the calipers, didn't use them at the beginning, and haven't for ages, just been taking measurements but it says 22% bodyfat. would like to get to sub 20 SOON. what can I say, I am the epitomy skinny fat!

BUTTT... about 1 year ago right when I started..I was 117lbs and 29%!!!
