How is the stack affecting your memory especially ability to recall stuff you've studied
How does it affect mood, energy and focus
why are you varying your supps so much? How do you know what's working for you?
To address your first question: Memory recall has improved drastically. I find myself speaking with greater presence and the ability to accurately recall facts and information has created somewhat of a spill-over effect into my overall confidence. My photographic memory has improved significantly; I've noticed an increase in self-control --particularly when engaged in conversations which would typically carry a strong "emotional charge". I've found myself having adopted a much more objective approach in my day-to-day discussions and this has resonated favorably with many of my peers--particularly in the work environment. My emotions tend to play a significant role in my decision-making process--which is personally not an ideal approach--and I have been able to assess situations from a cerebral perspective, if you will. Pramiracetam is arguably one of my favorite nootropics for this very reason. I've noted a significant improvement on my natural anxiety levels. I realized how calm and collect I was at the commencement of a recent panel interview with a law enforcement agency. The effects lasted for the duration of the interview--even allowing me to push through a slight hiccup during the interview where one of the panel members was surprisingly rude to me. Whereas I would typically be emotionally charged by such an approach, it actually served as greater mental fuel and motivation to excel.
I will
definitely not be accepting employment with someone as rude as the aforementioned panel member as my superior.
Skipping directly to your last question, I have experimented with nootropics in the past and I had a variety of big events scheduled in the near future prior to beginning this little experiment. I was really more focused on achieving an overall improvement in cognitive function versus noting exactly which compound was producing what effect. However, after having run out of Piracetam, I am only left with Noopept, a small amount of Centrophenoxine and Pramiracetam--the latter of which I will likely save for a special occasion (e.g. interview). As you may have noticed, I am back to Square One and subjecting myself to only Noopept supplementation aside from the bulletproof-style coffee or energy drink and theanine I tend to enjoy to help push me through periods marked by low energy levels.
I may not have addressed all your inquiries as I wrote this in between Pomodoro study cycles, but would happy to keep the discussion going as you see fit. I enjoy discussing my experience as it is not only therapeutic, but also surprisingly revealing and insightful for me as well.
