    Noticeably better endurance. Gameday + Body Octane + kno3 is the best thing I've used for a pre. Interested to see how the Max Pump stands up to the kno3. It'll be my first experience with Finaflex.

    Haven't slept much the last couple of days. Only about 5 hours last night, and less the two nights before trying to prepare for my Exercise Physiology test. Diet has also been off from lack of time/not fixing food. Worked 8am-6pm today before hand, so I knew going in it wasn't going to be a great work out.


    Even though I felt very depleted I had some pretty good pumps and vascularity going on. Especially during the shrugs. I was so tired my eyes were actually starting to water during the last two sets. Home now and trying to get filled back up, and hopefully get a good work out in tomorrow.



    Snapped a progress pic earlier, pre work out so no transient hypertrophy, but you can definitely see a snake of a vein showing in my trap. lol Fairly "flat", due to glycogen depletion, and "soft" from having not lifted since last Sunday.

    I had great results from a similar run.
    That was a nasty bike wreck, glad you are ok. I was run off the road on my Harley Sportster in April 2012, just a massive hematoma and some nasty road rash on my arm. I. Hate. Road rash!!

  13. Whelp..... The intention was to get a leg day today, but I managed to get thrown by my motorcycle last night and got some nasty road rash on both of my knees. So they were both pretty stiff today. I decided to do some back instead and just took it easy.

    Not a bad work out, but not what I would've been hoping for 24 hours previously. My afternoon class was cancelled so I was able to sneak one a work out in then when I usually just have to go home and get ready for work. Mainly just went for contractions with shorter rest periods and slower eccentric motions. The pre-work out stack is pretty sick. Hopefully will be hitting some chest tomorrow night after my night class and I'll be dosing 3 Uncut + 2 MAX PUMP + 1-2 agmatine caps as an "on the go" pre work out stack.

    Lol... Yes, but it wasn't really my fault. I was pulling out of an alley just taking off and the combination of cold tires + cold street + some loose gravel and some leaves kicked the back tire out and threw me. The bike ended up completely sideways in the lane a couple of feet away. I just picked it up and pushed it straight into a driveway.

    I spent 22 hours fasted before training today. I wasn't able to get a lot of sleep last night since I had to work early. The combination didn't result in as good of a work out as I would have liked. I mentally had the alertness from the Uncut, but I was having problems getting the energy to really get going. I use to always warm up with 185, but took it down to 135 probably after the accident in May. I felt like a small pop in my left pec during the first set of bench and it lasted through the entire work out. On top of that both of my shoulders were popping and feeling pretty sore by the time I finished chest. I'm going to contribute that to a lot of things; including but not limited too low water intake, having not taking Orange Triad in a couple of days, not having taken cissus in a few days and lack of sleep. I'd also be lying if I said having been in the motorcycle wreck a couple of days ago didn't play into it also.


    Taking tomorrow off to let my body rest up and heal up. Been putting some thought into it and hopefully will get some downtime to do a mid-log review on everything here shortly. There are definite changes in my composition, and even my girlfriend that sees me on nearly a daily basis can tell and mentions it frequently. For the most part still feeling strong. Just got to get back in the groove from last week throwing me off.

    Lastly, I got a bottle of SNS Glycophase in today that I will be adding into my stack shortly (next couple of days). I'll be dosing one pre-bed and then another probably pre work out.

    Worked today and was on the ground supporting myself a lot with my shoulders as I was working and my left shoulder was fairly sore/stiff. I tried to push through without pushing it to far. Wasn't nearly what I was hoping for, but still got some work put in at the gym anyways. Had to cut my weight and reps back from what I wanted.

    Recovery is noticeably impacted by PF3. I had ran out and just a couple of new jugs in. I ran a jug back in the testing stages way before I was with MAN, not knowing what it was or what it was meant for, and immediately noticed that it helped with recovery. That was in the beta stages, and the product had since improved and is even better now.

    I would do 0i2 on off days and 2-4 on days you lift. Like creatine I don't take it religiously on off days.

    RECAP

    Lifted with one of my Fraternity brothers today, which was a nice change of pace. I hate asking for a spotter, and don't trust people to even spot me well, so I lift almost entirely without one. Shoulder was feeling a lot better today, expect for the pullovers. Those seem to be a no-no. Not an epic day, but I had a few good sets in there that I was satisfied with. Looking pretty full and dry across my chest and especially in my delts. I think this is the leanest my triceps have ever been. They have a lot better separation now then they had in the past, but they've also come up quite a bit.

    Currently in the process of re-evaluating my diet and working with a buddy for some tips and tricks.



    Current Supplement Dosing/Timings


    Waking-
    200-300mg caffeine + 15mg Y CHL or 250mg C+ 25mg E
    2 Forskolin 95 caps

    +4-6 hours later
