great work so far, and loving all the food porn lol
can definitely relate on the leaning effect of this stack, as I'm about 2.5 weeks into my run and I'm the same weight as I was when I started, but definitely leaner/drier looking. Strength gains have definitely been noticeable, and I'm doing DC so everything is logged. Looking forward to the rest of this

Today was my short shift at work, 4hr day. Work nines the others. Anyway, im thinkin im going to at 15 mins LISS in on my stationary bike. Did a lil delt and tri damage today..
Db rear delt- 20x10 25x10x2 30x10x2
Seated bb military- 65x10 85x10 105x10 125x7 (TUT/ behind the head pressing) pr's
Db row -25x10 30x10x2 35x10x2 (done single arm at a time)
Reverse peck deck- 100x10 110x10 130x10 130x9 pr's
Rope tri ext- 70x10 90x10 100x10 100x9
Reverse grip bench- 115x10 135x10 155x10 175x9-> pr
Tri ext w/straight bar- 70x10 110x10x2
Had quite a few prs today. Shoulders and tris were blown wayyyy up. Hard as nails too. Its startin to get good..
Ill get my macros up at the end of the night.

Hack squats (lb per side)- 35x10 45x10 55x10 65x10 (TUT)
superset with bb ham- barx10 5x10x3
Lying leg curl- 30x10 35x10 40x8+4 40x7+10 (rest/pause)
Superset with leg ext -70x14 80x12+6 80x11+4 (rest/pause)
*hit various calf and ab exercises.
Next leg session im going for hypertrophy work 12-15 reps per set/straight sets. CNS is feelin taxed.
I should be hittin some chesticules and bis today... after i run a few errands with the wifey.
* side note- watched hitchcock lastnight, pretty humerous (dry humor) and it was pretty freakin good. But, i like anthony micheal hopkins (sir- if you want since he was knighted)
