  7. Had a terrific back, trap and ab session. Pump wasnt as prominent as it was yestarday, but it was there.

    Wide chins- 12,10,10
    Bb close grip rows from the corner- 70x10 105x10 140x8 175x5
    Handled lat pull down- 80x10 100x10 120x10x2
    Pronated deadlift- 135x12 185x10x2
    Straight bar Wide lat pull- 120x10x3

    Havent done deads in soooo long. Never did then with both hands pronated, it wasnt a fluid movement at first lol. Ill start throwing these guys in more often. Also, ill get pics up at the 28 and 56 day mark. Dont know how much itll help because i forgot to take befores.. whoops.

    I tried the soy and wasabi and the lime and chili. The habenaro bbq are by far my favorite.

    If you got a kroger T, you should look into that carbmaster "milk" its bomb!

    Yessir. I was kinda on the fence about running two bottles, but since its been goin well the last 11 days im almost positive im going to run two bottles of pr xt and nxt.

    can definitely relate on the leaning effect of this stack, as I'm about 2.5 weeks into my run and I'm the same weight as I was when I started, but definitely leaner/drier looking. Strength gains have definitely been noticeable, and I'm doing DC so everything is logged. Looking forward to the rest of this

    Thanks boss. I did three "cycles" (blast/cruise) of DC and liked it.. gained 11lbs, all of it wasnt clean but still. Ive been contemplating on revisiting dc...

  23. Today was my short shift at work, 4hr day. Work nines the others. Anyway, im thinkin im going to at 15 mins LISS in on my stationary bike. Did a lil delt and tri damage today..


    -DAY 2-

    Db rear delt- 20x10 25x10x2 30x10x2
    Seated bb military- 65x10 85x10 105x10 125x7 (TUT/ behind the head pressing) pr's
    Db row -25x10 30x10x2 35x10x2 (done single arm at a time)
    Reverse peck deck- 100x10 110x10 130x10 130x9 pr's
    Rope tri ext- 70x10 90x10 100x10 100x9
    Reverse grip bench- 115x10 135x10 155x10 175x9-> pr
    Tri ext w/straight bar- 70x10 110x10x2

    Had quite a few prs today. Shoulders and tris were blown wayyyy up. Hard as nails too. Its startin to get good..

    Ill get my macros up at the end of the night.
