    -DAY 4-

    Didnt rest today like i scheduled. Went in an hit back and trap work not triceps like planned (chest is a tender)

    *scap work
    Wide chins-12,12,8 (TUT/squeeze on contraction really)
    Tbar row- 45x10x2 90x8x2 115x8
    Dhandle pulldowns (face away from pad) 70x10 90x8 90x8
    Lat pull down- 100x10 120x10 140x10 140x8 (TUT)
    *various trap and ab work

    I was ZONED out today, it was crazy... prodigy is that deal! Ive been wakin up in the middle of the night and peeing (never was the case before starting this man stack). Also, im drinkin water like a fish through the day more than i usually do.

    Pump was great, had a decent mind/muscle connect as well.

    post workout meals
    5oz ribeye
    65g rice
    37g bbq sauce (forgot to cook rice or i wouldnt of used this)

    Body part- delts/tri (no abs... ran out of time)
    Time- 1hr

    Did a bunch of scap work before i moved on to my pressing, and i had a pump just from that lol if i knew how to mention ppl id tag zir red, his scap videos have helped a ton! Anyways on to the workout...

    Db rear fly- 15x10 20x10x4
    Db seated military- 35x10 50x9 60x8 65x8 65x7
    Db upright row- 20x10 30x10x3
    Reverse pec deck-100x10 110x10 120x10 130x10(TUT/contraction)
    Super set reverse peck deck with this seated military press machine, palms facing my ears.
    50x10 60x10 70x10 70x10 (TUT)
    Rode tri ext- 60x12 70x12 80x10 90x8 (squeeze contraction)
    Reverse grip bench-115x10 135x10 155x10x2
    Ez tri ext- 80x10 90x10 100x10

    I had a knarley pump! My triceps were full, all seperation i had, blurred out. I can feel strength slowly creeping up as well, think everythings finally begining to kick in (maybe).

    Diets still on point, instead of my nightly salad, steak, rice and sandwhich, the wifey and i went to longhorns steakhouse. I demolished some rainbow trout topped with crab and shrimp, and ofcourse that bread they serve... it was amazing lol

    Nice lifts brother! I hope their fish is better than their steak. I was not impressed the one time I went there
