Yesterday I got about three hours sleep between my appointments and work. So I did shorten up my workout quite a bit. These appointments are killing me. I have 5 next week. Getting in and lifting has become a challenge. I used a different pre workout today and dosed myat around 3am instead of at 7: 30.
