  1. Day 2...

    Woke up and my rear delts were screaming and I can feel my lats starting to get sore as well. But my rear delts are dead. Hell biceps are tight as well. Started with 20 min fasted cardio upon waking up. LISS walking at fast pace.

    Took my thermadex and paragon with my first meal at the same time. No sides for like the first 1.5-2 hours then started to get a anxious feeling and a slight headache. I have been feeling sick so not sure if that can be what is causing this. I woke up all stuffed up and full of mucus so might be some kind of sickness coming in.

    Been sick all day, headaches, and very weak. So maybe not the best idea but I took 2 scoops of the prodigy. Go time.

  5. Thanks guys. That was the first lift so I decided to go heavy while I had the energy. Det was a killer leg day. Work will be hard tomorrow.

    Lol, yeah my outer chest is def a little sore and biceps too. Def a well needed change from my regular workout

  11. Day 3....

    Woke up and did 10 min LISS cardio. Pretty much just walking to start my day.

    Took my Paragon and Thermadex at the same time with breakfast. No sides but made my body very warm this morning. I was sweating just sitting around. Still feeling sick though I hope it doesn't get worse.

    Rest day but thew in cardio today bc I haven't done as much as I have wanted too this week. Did 40 min treadmill moderate pace and LISS. Did this right before bed after 50g of casein.

    Went to a family dinner And had discipline. Ordered chicken breast and broccoli. My sister is a pastry chef and she baked gourmet cup cakes...I ate none of them. I'm proud of myself today.

    Started the day with 25 fasted cardio. Walking on treadmill at a fast pace.

    Still sick but on the upside the thermadex is no longer making me uncomfortable in the morning and my body is now used to it.

    Chest/front and mid shoulders/abs

    DS: drop set
    Rest: enough for mental and cardiovascular recovery..about 30sec-60sec some a little longer toward the end

    Started with 10 min stair stepper and burned 165 calories

    Ss: DB incline press/Flat DB fly

    SS: Flat BB press/ DB pullover

    Took prodigy, 2 scoops before workout and about 45 min after taking thermadex. About 20 minutes in i got real jittery and anxious, slight stomach discomfort too. to much stim but workout didn't suffer.

    prodigy mixes very well, not to much sediment at the bottom of my shaker bottle. Taste is not great but it's ok. It taste like a jolly rancher watermelon flavor but not as good lol.

    I had good vascularity today as well, not great but as my body fat lowers I know veins are going to explode. I have had a pump every workout but its nothing extreme.

    Workout was exhausting and wanted to faint a couple times. Workout only took 80 min including 10 min warmup. A lot shorter than the last workouts. So had time to do extra cardio. I am absolutely dead though.

    Ended with 26 min stair climber and burned 406 calories
