  6. Day 3....

    Woke up and did 10 min LISS cardio. Pretty much just walking to start my day.

    Took my Paragon and Thermadex at the same time with breakfast. No sides but made my body very warm this morning. I was sweating just sitting around. Still feeling sick though I hope it doesn't get worse.

    Rest day but thew in cardio today bc I haven't done as much as I have wanted too this week. Did 40 min treadmill moderate pace and LISS. Did this right before bed after 50g of casein.

    Went to a family dinner And had discipline. Ordered chicken breast and broccoli. My sister is a pastry chef and she baked gourmet cup cakes...I ate none of them. I'm proud of myself today.

  10. Today's workout had me wanting to faint and throw up. I kept my rest periods short and it killed me. Will update later.

    Started the day with 25 fasted cardio. Walking on treadmill at a fast pace.

    Still sick but on the upside the thermadex is no longer making me uncomfortable in the morning and my body is now used to it.

    Chest/front and mid shoulders/abs
    Shock day
    Tempo: 1/0/1
    SS: super set
    DS: drop set
    Rest: enough for mental and cardiovascular recovery..about 30sec-60sec some a little longer toward the end

    Started with 10 min stair stepper and burned 165 calories

    Ss: DB incline press/Flat DB fly

    Took prodigy, 2 scoops before workout and about 45 min after taking thermadex. About 20 minutes in i got real jittery and anxious, slight stomach discomfort too. to much stim but workout didn't suffer.

    prodigy mixes very well, not to much sediment at the bottom of my shaker bottle. Taste is not great but it's ok. It taste like a jolly rancher watermelon flavor but not as good lol.

    I had good vascularity today as well, not great but as my body fat lowers I know veins are going to explode. I have had a pump every workout but its nothing extreme.

    Workout was exhausting and wanted to faint a couple times. Workout only took 80 min including 10 min warmup. A lot shorter than the last workouts. So had time to do extra cardio. I am absolutely dead though.

    Ended with 26 min stair climber and burned 406 calories

    Woke up and completed 25 min of fasted LISS cardio. Walking on treadmill at fast pace.

    Thermadex still good with no sides. Starting to get acne on my neck and forehead so maybe test is going up, but possibly to early for the paragon to be the cause...who knows

    Took my thermadex and 2 scoops of prodigy about 1.5 hours apart and that worked, had no sides. Prodigy tastes better today with 2 scoops and only 9oz of water. Stronger taste.

    Started with 10 min stair climber, burned 183 calories.

    Good workout but a little upset at my lack of pump. It's hard for me to get a pump in my arms but I had high hopes. I had pumps at times during some lifts but they went away quick. All in all a good workout.

    Another great day. Was extremely exhausted after my workout. Felt arms feeling a little sore as the day went on. Pump was weak today but Def broke down my muscle fibers. I'm going strong and don't plan on stopping.

    Also chest and shoulders very sore today and my lower hams are crazy sore.

    Then immediately hit:

    30 min treadmill, incline at 10-15 (max)and speed at 3mph-4mph back a forth. Burned 489 calories

    Total burned....1,145 calories

    Feeling great. Been crazy disciplined. Haven't even nibbled on anything that's not on my diet plan. Not even a crumb...

    Update calories and macros at the end of my day

    Hell yizzle my nizzle. Been eating a ton of fish and chicken bro. Not too unusual from my regular diet but carbs are way down. I usually take in 300+. Man I'm gonna be hurtin for a week or so until my body gets used to low carb diet!
