    Are you sure?

I have always been pretty stocky ever since I can remember but really have put on some good size over the past year.

I don't know why, but my multi-quote isn't working right now.

Anyways, thanks Wayne . I am glad that I could be helpful in some sort of way.

    Thanks bolt

I was very pleased with the results. My bulk that I did prior to cutting, I put on more fat then I had anticipated. For only being 8 weeks I lost much more then I thought I would.

I am very excited to start my next stack. I have been leaner then I currently am right now still weighing about 200, so I am aiming to get leaner throughout the summer while maintaining my weight about 200 but dropping BF%. I've got some ideas planned out

May is going to be an interesting month training wise. Want to really shred up and I got some Burn24 to use for it and have been debating if I would go real basic with just that or not. Probably will have to throw in Alpha T2 if I can get some of the new formula by May. June-August is where I have the fun stuff planned out though.

What do you have planned training wise for May?

I've been interested in the Burn24 myself but haven't got any yet. The New AT2 looks awesome and can't wait to get my hands on some of that . I'll have to keep my eyes peeled in June to see what you have planned.

I will be probably dropping all barbell work (been nearly a year on PL-type training) and focusing on more conditioning as well. Kind of a break from the heavy grind and weights I have been using for this past year, then it'll be time to debate either jumping back in with more PL style again or to do the Breezy inspired Mountain Dog Training.

I have been reading a lot on Mountain Dog Training ever since following Breezy's log. Really looks interesting and am considering giving it a try in the near future.

I'm looking forward to hearing what both of you guys think (if you do it). I might start another official run with it (with band work included) in June as well.

I need to read more on it just to get more information and everything. How long have you been doing MD?

I finished a 12 week program towards the beginning of my current log, but have stuck with a lot of the exercises since. I'll send you some info.

Be careful of that bandwork breezy.
It's awesome but I think he suggests six Weeks. Max
I attempted to do extra and it ended up beating me into the ground.

Also kbayne, go to tnation.com and search mountain dog

No problem breezy were all here to learn from each other.
Going to probably do 1.5 squats next week for shock week. Do you prefer them more for front squats or back squats?
Fyi we do not have a Smith, so that isn't an option. I could always squat a bar against the power rack.. That would be interesting

I've actually only done 1.5 back squats. I usually used a Smith, but liked them with a barbell as well. Another option would be 1.5 hack squats if you have the machine.

Also no hack squat. This gym is bare bones, I do miss the hack from my old gym but trading one hack squat for two monos, a ghr, a reverse hyper, two SSB, cambered bar, and Mastodon squat bars are well worth it

But really though I miss that hack squat

I really wish my gym had a hack squat machine. Used a few in the past and really enjoy them.

I feel like my legs are bigger now from only focusing on squats but I think the hack squat keeps them thicker at the knees

I haven't had a chance to use a hack squat machine long enough to see results. I just like to use various forms of squats when possible. I do incorporate BB Hack Squats every once and a while though:
