    Haha, I kept those two in the cupboard , along with my empty Erase Pro. I'm not going to lose another one of those things when natty says "first to post a picture of an empty PES bottle/tub gets a free one."

    That's a good looking stack. We have a lot of same supps. Have you tried SAN na-r-ala before ? Good stuff ? Been holding off for nutra brand since its Geronova licensed. But they don't stock them anymore.

    Not sure about ABE vs Forskolin. I just started on Forskolin. Maybe someone else will chime in on that. Bdcc, LTL or Breezy or bolt.

    I've used a few bottles of the SAN Na-R-ALA with ALCAR and Agmatine. Good stuff.

    I'd probably go with ABE first and then switch to higher dose of forskolin with F-95.

    Yep, exactly what I'm doing. Na-R-ALA + ALCAR + Agmatine.

    And ya I believe that is what I will go ahead and do. I've missed me some ABE and pumped to get back on it .

  10. Update from the weekend.

    I went and played basketball on Friday afternoon and then went and lifted legs. I really do not like doing any sort of cardio before my weight session but everything worked out for Friday. I took 1.5 scoop Enhanced about 20 minutes before my workout and I was ready to go. I thought I would be exhausted from about 2 hours of basketball, but Enhanced had me up and going. Had a really good workout.

    Some new things that I have started:

    - I am dosing AT2 with ECA in the morning.
    - Starting ABE today
    - Everyone noticed what I got for other supplements.
    - I am taking 1 cap Na-R-ALA + 500mg ALCAR + 500mg Agmatine + 750mg Cissus pre-meal twice per day.
    - I can already tell that this combo is working. I am getting in some pretty big meals and having no bloat at all which before I was getting some bloat from my meals.
    - I also am adding in ~6grams CM to Enhanced preworkout.
    - 3 caps OG Erase all taken preworkout also.

    I have my current pictures taken and will be uploading them later today or early tomorrow. I will also have a mini review of what I felt I got out of Alphamine + EP + V-1.

    I am a new user of the ECA stack so I will be watching the effects of it as I go on. Currently taking 25mg + 200mg Caffeine + 1 baby aspirin twice per day. I will be adding another does either starting.

    Other then that I do not believe there is anything new that I missed.

    Will be hitting some back today in the weight room. Looking forward to it because it is Rep Range week for me. I am sipping on 10 grams of BCAA as I am typing this. Took my ECA + AT2 dose this morning around 9:30. Feeling good right now. Not getting any stomach pains or anything like that from my appetite. I will be breaking my fast here shortly because I have to hit the gym earlier today then normal.

    Morning Supplements:

    25mg E
    1 baby aspirin
    200mg Caffeine
    1 cap AT2
    1 cap Green Tea Extract

    I am noticing that this combo is really killing my appetite. I get a little shaky about 45-60 minutes after dosing but nothing to harsh. I am taking in 3 doses of ECA now.

    Took in 10 grams of BCAA about 15 minutes after dosing the above.

    Supplements 30 minutes before my first meal:
    1 cap Na-R-ALA
    500mg Agmatine
    500mg ALCAR
    750mg Cissus

    - Broke my fast around 11:30 today. I had a gigantic meal consisting of:
    2 scoops Dymatize Elite XT

    4 egg whites and 3 whole eggs
    1 cup hashbrowns

    3 oz red meat

    - After consuming this meal I didn't get any bloat at all. I was full for sure but I didn't feel like I couldn't move or get any effects like that. Really loving the combo of Na-R-ALA + ALCAR + Agmatine + Cissus. I will say that the cissus is just horrific tasting. I didn't parachute it this time and I really regret that because the taste was just plain horrible.

    Supplements PWO:
    1.5 scoop Enhanced
    6 grams CM
    2 grams BA
    2.5 grams Creatine
    3 caps Erase
    1 cap V-1
    2 caps ABE

    - Today was my first day dosing ABE which I was extremely excited for .
    - Enhanced has been giving me some great workouts. I think I am really going to enjoy this V-1 and Enhanced combo PWO.

    Weight Session:
    - Hit back today for my rep range week. I am very sore today from yesterdays workout. With all the varying exercises I did, my back really got tore up. I really enjoy Rep Range week because the number of reps goes up each exercise, then declines once I get to 13-15 reps.
    - My workout was very intense. Energy, focus, pump, and vascularity were all present. I know that I am taking in many different supplements PWO but I have taken them all before and know exactly what I am getting from each of them. When I tested Enhanced, my workout was the best I have had from a PWO. This was just from my first experience. With the added V-1 because of the focus and energy I was getting from it, I really think this combo is going to give me great results.

    Supplements Post:
    2 scoops Dymatize
    2.5 grams Creatine
    2 grams BA

    The Dymatize Elite XT Fudge Brownie is very delicious. It mixes up very nicely also. The texture is a bit different but that is just because of the protein blends in it. I am very satisfied with it though.

    About an hour after my protein shake, I dosed my:
    Na-R-ALA
    Agmatine
    Cisus
    ALCAR
    2 caps ABE

    Consumed a large amount of food about 30 minutes after dosing the above. Most of the calories coming from protein and carbs.

    Still carb cycling:
    3 days low (50-100 CHO)
    1 high day (35-400 CHO)
    All carbs are coming from pre and post workout.

    Supplement Notes:
    - ABE just was started today so I can't comment on that. But since I have taken it before I will know when it is starting to kick in and the difference I will see from it.
    - Enhanced was added to my arsenal. Only had 3 workouts with it so far, but every workout is amazing. Taking in 1.5 scoops because this feels like it is my sweet spot. Focus kicks in almost instantly. Ill take it about 20-30 minutes before the gym and then leave. By the time I get there my energy is right where I want it to be. Once the blood gets flowing, the pumps were intense along with veins popping out more then usual.
    - V-1 has been amazing. I just finished 4 weeks of it the other day and am continuing to use it for the next 4 weeks. Strength increases are for sure being noticed. Every lift has gone up in strength whether it be a pound or 5 pounds.

    Calories:
    Took in about 2900 calories I believe. Calories have decreased over the past weeks mainly because I planned this and didn't want to start cutting calories too dramatically at the beginning.

    Upon waking:
    25mg E
    200mg Caffeine

    1 cap AT2

    About 15 minutes later:
    10 grams BCAA

    I woke up very sore this morning. Got up to put my sweats on and it was a struggle haha. I had early class but today not too many people showed up so we got out early . Anyways, I had another class at 11:00 am so I took another 10 grams BCAA around 11:30. Got home at about 12:15 and messed around on the computer.

    Pre-Meal:
    1 cap Na-R-ALA
    1 cap Agmatine
    500mg ALCAR
    1000mg Cissus

    Started to get everything ready and cooked so by the time it was done I was ready to eat. Broke my fast about 1:00 with some eggs, hashbrowns, protein shake, and some almonds. Had to go back to class at 2:45-4:00 so I broke 2 scoops of protein and slammed that at about 3:45.

    Pre-Workout:
    1.5 scoop Enhanced
    6 grams CM
    2 grams BA
    2.5 grams Creatine
    2 caps ABE
    500mg ALCAR
    1 cap V-1
    3 caps Erase

    I don't think I ever realized how much I am taking preworkout until just now by typing it down haha.

    Weight Session:
    - Arm rep range day.
    - Got to the gym and immediately started warming up. Biceps were pumped during the warm up.
    - For rep range, on the first set it goes 7-9 reps; 10-12 reps; 13-15 reps, then I like to always go back down from there if I do more exercises. But for biceps and triceps I just keep it to 3 exercises each. My arms were so pumped and full anyways that I don't think I could have curled anymore weight. Hit some triceps and those were really burning especially on the last working set of the day.

    Edit: Bolt caught this mistake (=. Popped my second dose of AT2 about 15 minutes pre-cardio while I was performing my last tricep exercise.


    Cardio:
    HIIT on the bike. 30 seconds hard followed by a 30 second slow down. Did this continually for 15 minutes. I was very hot during this cardio session and very sweaty.
    Endurance is really starting to get where it should be. It is starting to get nice outside finally so that means I can start running outside which is always nice.


    Post-Workout:
    2 scoops Dymatize
    2.5 grams Creatine
    2 grams BA

    I tried the Rich Chocolate flavor today for the first time. I think I like it better than the Fudge Brownie. They both are really good though. The Rich Chocolate mixed very nicely and went down smoothly.

    Calories:
    ~ 3000. Dinner consisted of:
    3 protein pancakes
    2 chicken breasts
    Greens

    By looking at it on the plate, one would think there is no way I was finishing that meal. I got it all down and no bloat at all once again.

    Had a really good workout today and can't wait for ABE to start kicking in.

  13. I'd dose that second AT2 either pre-workout or pre-cardio rather than after the cardio. You want to get the Alpha-Y in prior to exercise IMO.

    Crazy detail as usual though man. How you liking the E so far? Solid energy?

    Oh wow, my bad haha. Ya I popped it about 15 min pre-cardio while I was finished my last tricep exercise. I don't know why I said post. Pretty sure this is why my body temp was much higher then usually along with more sweating. Thanks for catching that for me though bolt .

    Ya the E so far is giving me good energy throughout the day with the 3 25mg doses. I can tell it kills my appetite also. I really miss my morning Alphamine though . But overall, so far I am liking it. I'm sure ill be able to comment more on it as the days go on.

    ECA + AT2 + Green Tea taken apon waking. Waited about 15 minutes and then consumed my 10 grams of BCAA.

    Starting to feel more energy, body temp rise, and appetite suppression from the above stack. Still only been on the above stack for about a week now but loving the effects I am getting so far.

    Na-R-ALA + Agmatine + ALCAR + Cissus taken 30 minutes before my fast breaking meal. This combo I am really loving and do not know why I never tried it before, but I am glad I have it in my arsenal now. I will continue to use this combo pre-meal for a while.

    Taken Preworkout:
    - 1 cap V-1
    - 3 caps Erase
    - 2 caps ABE
    - 1.5 scoop Enhanced
    - 2.5 grams Creatine
    - 2 grams BA
    - 1 gram ALCAR

    Weight Session:
    - Hit chest today, which was very painful from the pumps haha. But on the real, my chest was blown up by my third exercise.
    - Today I was extremely energized and ready to go. Focus was insane also.
    - I haven't had a chest workout like I had for a while now. Really go everything out of it I felt I could.

    About 15 minutes pre-cardio, I popped my ECA + AT2. Did some HIIT on the bike. 30 seconds hard followed by 30 seconds slow. My body temperature was for sure up there. I was sweating bullets going into the 3 minute of cardio. I didn't get any negative feelings though from taking ECA + AT2 pre-cardio. I know others have stated they felt nauseous along with other factors but not for this guy .

    Post workout consisted of my shake followed by an hour wait until my meal. Took my pre-meal supplements again 30 minutes prior. This meal was another huge one, and once again, I didn't feel bloated or anything like that.

    Calories for the day: ~3000

    Supp Notes:
    -I am starting to notice more of a drying out along with hardness effect in the morning upon rising. I am dosing my ABE prior to my last meal of the day, and I believe this is really helping with me waking up feeling and looking harder.
    - Becoming more and more vascular in the gym. Am seeing some major body composition changes taking place all over. Still got a while to go but am very satisfied with how everything is going so far.
    - As stated above, getting some good energy from EC stack. Not getting and nausea or negative effects like that. Still pretty early though to tell anything else from EC.

  16. Not on my computer, so this update won't be very long. Typing long on the phone isn't fun haha.

    Took ECA + GT + AT2 upon waking. About 15 minutes after I could feel some real nice energy and focus. I had three assignments due by the end of the day and this really helped me going early in the morning.

    Sipped on my 10 grams of BCAA while doing this exciting homework... not haha.

    I worked out fasted, which I haven't done in a long long time. Not really a huge fan of it but obviously my body wasn't ready or used to it. Still got a great workout in though.

    Broke my fast following my workout with a shake. Waited about an hour before eating my meal.

    Took my pre-meal supps as usual. I took in about 100 carbs with this meal and no bloat. I parachute my cissus and ALCAR by putting it in some paper towel. Didn't work for me this time haha. Put it in my mouth and the paper towel opened up. So to put that in a nutshell, the taste was awful. I had to jug about 40oz of water to get the taste out.

    Workout was good ad stated above. My legs were toasted following squats and SLDL's. Went onto leg curls and extensions and my legs were on fired. I actually had to put a lot of effort into getting up on my legs.

    I wanted to hit some LISS for cardio but I got on the bike for 5 minutes and my legs were not cooperating. So I called it a day.

    I'm liking the energy and focus from ECA + AT2. The AT2 raises my body temp noticeably but really enjoy taking one of my doses pre-cardio.

    Tried some old pants on yesterday and they fit much better. So the waist is for sure shrinking. Which I'm glad cause I like the pants I tried on haha.

    I don't know if any of you are College Basketball fans or not but my team Duke lost yesterday in the conference tourney. Ill put it in a nice way, I was pissed haha. But the big dance is still to come .

  17. I honestly don't think ALCAR is too bad taste wise. Mix it with a drink and its pretty tolerable...most pre-workouts I mix it with cover it easily. Cissus tho........................... ... BLAH

    Ya the ALCAR isn't bad at all. Mix with my Enhanced preworkout and not bad at all. I mix it with my Cissus pre-meal just for convenience. The Cissus flavor is just awful. I don't know what is worse flavor wise.

    Yellow gold or uncapping some RPM.........sometimes I don't know why I even attempt these things.

    Idk though at a certain point they are all just equally horrible..

    I've heard YG is horrible also. We do weird things sometimes that is unexplainable haha. My friends ask why I parachute Cissus and I'm like "you try this or even smell it, you'll understand". The things we do for our bodies.

    Woke up this morning feeling good. I didn't go out for St. Patty's or anything which is surprising to me haha. Me and a friend just chilled at his house and watched all about the NCAA tourney coming up. Here is a link I started if anyone wants to get in on it:

    Just a fun thread to see what everyone thinks, if anyone in here even is paying attention haha.

    AM Supplements:
    ECA + GT + AT2

    Dosed these and then started to move my stuff out of my house. Had to move out because of roommate issues but I feel way better now.

    While doing this I consumed my 10 grams of BCAA + 2.5 grams of Creatine. Moving my things out was pretty much a cardio session for me so that was nice .

    After this I consumed another 10 grams of BCAA and waited about 1.5 hours and then broke my fast with my pre-workout meal.

    Took my Na-R-ALA + Agmatine + ALCAR + Cissus pre-meal.

    Supplements Pre-workout:
    1.5 scoop Enhanced
    1 cap Erase
    1 cap V-1
    2 caps ABE
    2 grams BA
    1 gram ALCAR


    Weight Session:
    - Hit back today super sets on everything. Really got a great workout in. Enhanced + ALCAR is something I would recommend everyone trying at some point and time. Focus was insane today. Hit some deadlifts with pull-ups to start the workout and I was in the "zone". I usually do not go very high for reps on DL's but today I felt very good and hit some nice numbers for some nice reps.
    - My last set though, I felt like I was going to pass out from pulling the last few reps. I got them completed though and just leaned up against the rack and took some deep breaths to catch my breath. Jumped up on the pull-up bar and completed my 10 reps.
    - Felt strong today throughout the whole workout. No strength decrease even as I increased weight and decreased rest period time.

    Took my AT2 pre-cardio again. Body temperature was even higher then most times. I am doing 15-20 minutes of HIIT either on the bike or stair master and loving it with the AT2. I know most people do not like/ cannot consume yohimbine at any point and time, but AT2 does not give any of the negative effects of yohimbine. The Rauwolscine HCl (alpha-yohimbine) is really nice and smooth. No jitters, shakes, etc like that.

    Supplement Notes:
    - Leaning out very nicely right now. Muscle definition is becoming very prominent. The ABE is starting to kick in for sure. It has only been a week and I can tell differences from before starting. I have ran ABE before and I am very familiar with how it reacts for me personally.
    - Midsection is really starting to slim down. Abs are starting to pop out more and I haven't even been performing any ab exercises.
    - Strength is increasing week by week on just about every exercise.
    - Still somewhat sore from last week.
    - Vascularity is starting to show more and more. I was going to get a pic today in the gym but didn't get to, mainly because I forgot haha. But I was looking for what new veins were pooping and I had a few showing that haven't been there in a while.
    - ECA + AT2 is an e****lent fat burning combo. I feel much leaner and look leaner. I really am thinking about going Alphamine + EC stack after I finish this log. I feel I can handle 1 scoop Alphamine + 25mg E.

    Calories:
    - I have one more protein + fat meal today to go but I should hit about 3000 calories for the day.

    Been sleeping in this week because it is Spring Break here at UW. So that has been nice. Been staying up much later then usual also but still getting my much needed sleep .

    I went to Wal-Mart to get more Bronkaid yesterday, they were all out. So I got Primatene instead.

    Supps in the AM:

    ECA + AT2 + Green Tea

    Really am starting to notice this kicking in much faster then it has been. My energy starts to kick in about 15 minutes after dosing and I am wide awake and ready to get up for the day. Even though I have nothing to do really haha. One thing that I do have to do that starts tomorrow, is the NCAA Tournament. I gotta keep my eye on all the scores lol.

    Been breaking my fast around 12:30-1:00 and hitting the gym around 2:30-3:00.

    Gym Session:
    - Hit arms today. Super setting arms is very intense and almost painful for me. Throw Enhanced into the mix and wow.
    - Had some nice vascularity going on today. More then usual.
    - I really enjoy super setting on arm day because I get more of a pump throughout the whole workout. I like throwing in different variations also. I try to hit different heads of the biceps and triceps. The second part of the super set is lighter though obviously, but this isn't a bad thing because I get more of a contraction at the top of the motion, which sometimes hurts haha.

    Took my ECA + AT2 about 15 minutes pre-cardio. I am noticing that I am starting to sweat much faster then usual. Also am noticing my body temperature rise much quicker. Only doing about 15 minutes of HIIT but this is just enough for me by how my body is reacting.

    Supplement Notes (New)
    - Commenting on new things that I am noticing. I do not want to keep repeating myself about the same thing over and over.
    - Getting to the gym and warming up before every session. I get in a few warm up exercises for the muscle group that I am doing that day. Once I do this I take my long sleeve/hoodie off and am noticing some very noticable body composition changes in the mirror.
    - Seeing more muscle definition in every area.
    - Vascularity is starting to become more and more prominent in just about every area. Got some new veins branching off in the biceps
    - I feel and look much leaner every day. I really don't know how to explain it but it is a very nice feeling.
    - Focus and energy are both starting to get better. I am getting in the gym every day and getting out in a reasonable time. Rest periods are being kept to about 30 seconds which is nice to keep everything intense.

    Weight was at about ~203 today. So the pounds have been coming off at a nice pace. Nothing too crazy or too slow. I am very satisfied with how it is going. Still need/want to drop some more BF%. Once I do this, I will start to incorporate abs into my workouts.

    I am getting a majority of my calories from red meats lately. Calories are still hitting about ~3000 range every day.

  25. Sorry for the lack of updates fellas. Been waiting to get some different results and have some new things to note.

    March 25, 2013

    I started to get in some morning cardio again. Dosed my ECA + AT2 + Green Tea ~20 minutes prior to fasted cardio.

    I have been fasting a little longer then usual and cutting my feeding window to about 7 hours lately. Usually breaking my fast about 2:00 on Monday and Wednesdays. I have class from 10:00-11:00 and have been working out fasted also. Tuesday and Thursday I have been breaking it around 2:00 also but this is my pre-workout meal. I have class until 4:00 and hit the gym after. I really do enjoy getting at least one meal in before working out mainly because working out fasted isn't really for me.

    So when I first started the ECA stack, I was using Bronkaid. Nothing bad to report such as upset stomach or nausea or anything like that. When I went to get more Bronkaid, they didn't have any boxes left. They did however have Primatene, so I puchased that. From the very first dose, about 30-45 minutes after dosing, I start to get a bit of an upset stomach and a bit of nausea for about 10 minutes. Nothing too intense but it does get a bit uncomfortable. Once the feeling subsides I am good to go though. Also this only happens in the morning dose if I dose the ECA and don't move around. If I dose and start moving around such as going to class or going to do fasted morning cardio, the side effects don't occur.

    I am really leaning out nicely from the ECA + AT2 combo though. Waist is shrinking more noticeably as the days go on. The appetite suppression from ECA is also nice. I will say that the appetite suppression from Alphamine was more present though and noticeable.

    I have been taking my second dose of ECA with my Enhanced pre-workout. Mainly doing this just to get some extra fat burning in during my weight session. I am dosing the second dose of AT2 15 minutes prior to post weight session cardio. Still getting a nice body temp increase with some more noticeable sweating.

    Libido is sky high right now with the ABE + Erase combo. Also getting some nice body comp changes taking place that were not happening before ABE. This is why for me personally ABE is my favorite body composition supplement. Really kicks in right away and changes are noticeable almost instantly. Muscles are looking and feeling much harder. I have a more round look happening also. Been having some people come up to me telling me they notice I am looking bigger but more cut. Vascularity is becoming more prominent in all areas also.

    Strength is really starting to increase more and more. I am able to lift more weight for a longer period of time without feeling a decrease in strength. Endurance is also increasing quite nicely. Keeping my rest periods to about 30 seconds or below.

    Calories on the day are being consumed from 3 meals with a vast majority coming from post workout. I have been ending my fast about 7-8 pm.

    Current weight is about 204. BF% levels are starting to decrease more and more but still got some more work to do.
