  1. Yo kbayne, nice veins . Glad the presses worked out. I forgot to try them face up, but figured you could use more weight. I'll put a note in Jefit to add them next week and will let you know what I think.

Awesome, thanks . I'm not a very vascular guy at all (even at lower BF%) so when the veins start to pop it usually is a good thing. I'm excited to see what you think about them. I also did reverse overhead presses yesterday (not sure exactly what they're called). I didn't know my gym had one in the circuit machine spot but it felt awesome (first time trying them).

Enhanced gets my veins popping pretty good as well. "Reverse overhead press" works haha. I didn't know what to call them either. Glad you got to give them a shot. It's my new favorite machine exercise.

  5. My vascularity was insane with Enhanced + ArA + ABE, all day veins. Pumps were actually kind of ridiculous and a little prohibitive.

  8. No workout today fellas.

I finally got to my destination. The drive wasn't too horrible. I have never drove this way before so the sites were nice and once I got into Utah, it was awesome. Very beautiful coming into the state.

My mom and I went on a walk when I got here. There is a good looking walking route that I will be hitting up in the morning for some HIIT. There is a nice uphill run that I will do some sprints on. It gets like 80 degrees here right now also so it should be pretty hot out tomorrow.

Calories were pretty low today because of the drive and everything. Not exactly sure what the number is.

My current stack will be up by tomorrow. So I will put up the final review on Sunday evening or Monday sometime.

  9. Did some hill sprints on this incline. Did about 20 sprints which were about 20 seconds each.

I was then looking around and saw this trail. So I though "why not?" I answered my own question about 3/4 the way up. Legs turned to jello and though I was going to fall down haha. It was practically straight up. Did one of these after the other sprints and said that was good.

The picture below is from the top obviously so it doesn't really show the incline but it was intense.

  15. Most of my trousers have a big waist so I can get them over my thighs.

Once I was walking around the supermarket without a belt and my trousers suddenly fell down to my ankles, no joke lol.

First off I love that you used the word trousers, I haven't heard that in quite some time

Ever since I started squatting heavy my a$s and thighs no longer fit in my Jeans...
I have to fight to get them first over my thighs then around my ass and once they hit my waist I need a belt. Fortunately my as$ is so big that it can hold my pants up

  17. I forget that in America you call them pants.

Pants here means underwear so although you would have understood what I meant, if anyone from England had read that my pants fell down they would have assumed I needed to be promptly arrested lol.

That's so funny. The English language (the American version) is goofy, one word with two meanings

Hahahaha I would have loved to see that happen to someone.

That is how it was for me while I was bulking before cutting. Pants would harder zip up haha. I have a big a$$ also

Ya, I didn't plan on leaving until tomorrow but a big storm is suppose to hit around where my mom lives. Couldn't risk staying. 18 hours of driving in 3 days round trip.

My biggest road trip was to Florida, back when I was in high school. 3 dudes in a 2 door mustang
