    thanks bro,right at 5 weeks,i have made amazing gains on this cycle,im blown away to be honest,did not expect to get it outta this cycle.up 12 pounds and pretty lean still.got like 6 days left,end results should be epic.

    Seated DB Deadstop Press 4x12, 2x6-8 (100's) (peak hold on bottom and top of each rep, no spotter today so did't want to use the 120's)
    Machine Behind Neck Press 155 for 8....then...155 for 18....lol....nervous system woke up a bit late eh?
    Wide Grip Upright Rows 3x15 (1 plate each side last set)
    Reverse Pec Deck 4x6-18 (3rd set used 210 for like 18 reps!?!? lol dunno where that came from)
    DB Side Laterals 2x8 (55's)
    Cable front raises / side laterals / face pulls 5 total sets here as a tri-set, rep ranges 4-8, peak holds on top and bottom of each rep

    Heavy ab work
    2 sets of weighted lying leg crunches (35's x 12)

    *Notes*
    -Gonna add the ph17 / rez extreme / ghenerate most likely 2morrow
    -rest periods today were no less than 2 mins, no more than 3 mins
    -Ahhhhh im back and a tad bit stronger than before I got sick

    Honestly I feel before and afters are pointless unless its like 30-40lb difference + around a 5 percent decrease in bodyfat. I would look virutally the same with cell phone cam quality.

    But ill see what I can do.

  16. Finishing up my wet compound (tesTren) before I go to the drier side (17). I think I have 2-3 days left if I dose it 6-8x a day. Gonna get a quick wet 6-8lbs in 2-3 days lol.

    It also depends what scale im using....my scale at home broke when I hit around 230lbs lol....that one said 205 at the beginning.....then the old school gym scale got replaced with a new one that doesn't even work....and the machine gym scale said I was around 203 5 weeks ago, now its saying im around 225-227lbs. And my neighbors scale says I was 219 4-5 weeks ago....now it says im 251 LOL.


    IF THE GOOD LORD ABOVE CAN HEAR ME........PLEASE GIVE US HUMANS ACCURATE SCALES! lol

    I'd say its safe to say ive gained a little over 20lbs.

  18. I can't do Intermittent Fasting anymore....my body just doesn't function properly on it anymore...I need a whopping amount of food every 3-4 hours to keep me sane.

  19. -Couldn't make it to the gym last 2 days, did a small high rep bodyweight workout today with jump squats / pushups, just want to keep the body receptive to nutrients

    -Once the TesTren is out, ill make the final review for that

    -So here is the plan
    *6 Week kick start / wet (keep the weights heavy! pound the food! eat everything in sight!)
    *4-6 weeks more but a "drier" route (cardio will be at 2x a day, slightly less carbs, and alot less sodium, weights still heavy/high volume!)
    *Depending on my condition, I may go hard with the "wets" for another 6 weeks or so then go in to PCT. (eat everything in sight! cardio kept in there atleast 3x a week, weights still heavy/high volume)

    -Was checking out Ben Pakulski's style of training.....each bodypart gets trained twice a day....am workout is explosive power work......pm workout is more thrashing / fatigue work.......im interested

    And I only dosed it high like the first 2 weeks....next time I run this ill stick with the high dose for 6 weeks.

    -CNS Fire up (this is a must now....too many days with wasted workouts...)
    Supersets with dips/chins/glute ham raises/rows

    *Back
    T-Bar Rows(ronnie coleman style of course)
    -Did 6 plates for 7!
    Narrow Upright Rows
    -Nothing crazy, gym too packed, couldn't even find a barbell to do deadlifts/barbell rows today
    Wide Grip Chins
    -Bodyweight for sets of 15! Wow. lol.
    Hammer Grip Chins
    -Sets of 8-10

    *Notes*
    -Consistency....is something I need more of!
    -Taking the time to fire up my CNS is a MUST now. Usually ill just come in to the gym and start my workout....its not that I was weaker or my joints felt weaker....its just I wasn't fully warmed up. For example today, did like 10 sets of t-bar rows, with 6-7 plates for around 3 reps each set...was wondering why this was so hard and heavy!? ......so on my 11th set.....tried 6 plates again...and BAM! Intensity=Acitvated ....JOINTS = BEASTMODE .....bashed it for 7 reps.
    -Overall sets today was around 25 ......mindset was in the wrong place for 50-60 percent of those sets I can honestly admit that. You can "Tell yourself" to train hard....or you can realize your life, how important it is, realize the value of the people you love, realize your goals in life, and once that is achieved.....the "killer mindset" will naturally come.

    AKA Intensity. Drive. Passion.
