Ladies and gents:
If you followed my last log, then you know i was prepping for a show. I didnt compete because my grandma passed away the day before the show, mentally i wasnt there. So, Im now back into the "bulking" phase i suppose. Theres slight structure to how i lift, but it mainly goes week by week (heavy, moderate, light) heavy weeks ill throw in drop sets, light weeks will have supersets.
Because redifine/finaflex (shoutout dreamweaver and bulkypinoy) and AI sports was generous i will be using CREA-TRONA and GLYCOBOL to put on some clean weight. Ill be dosing the crea trona at nine caps a day, split am/lunch/pm and glycobol at two caps a day for now; lunch/dinner. Ill get pictures up after i drop some of this post cut food frenzy i just had.. binge ate like crazy.
Diet will be +200 kcals above maintenance. 2600 kcals, im a classic endomorph, so carbs will be kept relatively "low"

53g kashi cereal
114g 90/10 turkey sausage
1 cup unsweetend almond milk
3 creatrona
Ill keep my staples in as well, which are:
Protein
Magnesium
Vit c
Preworkout
5g leucine postworkout
**ill get my stats up sometime
