Ladies and gents:

If you followed my last log, then you know i was prepping for a show. I didnt compete because my grandma passed away the day before the show, mentally i wasnt there. So, Im now back into the "bulking" phase i suppose. Theres slight structure to how i lift, but it mainly goes week by week (heavy, moderate, light) heavy weeks ill throw in drop sets, light weeks will have supersets.

Because redifine/finaflex (shoutout dreamweaver and bulkypinoy) and AI sports was generous i will be using CREA-TRONA and GLYCOBOL to put on some clean weight. Ill be dosing the crea trona at nine caps a day, split am/lunch/pm and glycobol at two caps a day for now; lunch/dinner. Ill get pictures up after i drop some of this post cut food frenzy i just had.. binge ate like crazy.

Diet will be +200 kcals above maintenance. 2600 kcals, im a classic endomorph, so carbs will be kept relatively "low"

Diet so far..
7am-
53g kashi cereal
114g 90/10 turkey sausage
1 cup unsweetend almond milk
3 creatrona

Ill keep my staples in as well, which are:
Protein
Magnesium
Vit c
Preworkout
5g leucine postworkout

**ill get my stats up sometime

First note so far. I havent started using my preworkout yet, but i had a massive pump in my chest and bis today. Cant say its from the crea trona just yet, simply because every glycogen store i have is completely filled now after dieting down and feasting on nothing but carbs the last five days lol

But, i have a good feeling about this little natty run...

Rest of my food so far

Snack 1
1 oz mozzarella cheese

Lunch
2 slices wheatberry bread
4 oz shredded chicken
Lettuce
Tomato
Chipotle mayo

Snack 2
1 oz mozarella cheese

Postworkout
1 scoop ultimate flurry pro

Ill end the night with 2 oz shredded chicken 1/2 c white rice with chipotle mayo and 8oz %1 low fat milk (i measured my rice uncooked, this threw my carb count wayyyy up.. messed that up on accident)

Yea its a hard thing to deal with, cliche' as it sounds words really cant describe the feelings.

But, yesturday i hit chest/bi and today im workin the wheels out.

Chest/bi session-
Incline bench 135x8 175x3x3 drop set 135x10
Db bench- 65x5x4
Incline db fly- 15x10 20x10 25x10
Chest press (palms in) - 115x7 130x7x3
Ez bar curl- 25x6x5
Db curl- 20x8 25x8 30x8

First day back lifting "heavy," well; whats heavy to me after dieting down lol after reading the bottle of crea trona i think im going to pop four pills with lunch and five pills before my workout.

Breakfast this morning was

48g red mill thick rolled oats+ 3 packets truvia
140g turkey sausage
1 cup coffee+ 1 packet truvia

Seated calf raise- 25x12x4

Seated leg curl- 130x10x3
Leg ext- 80x10x2

Everything feels so dang heavy lol i was squating 280 for 3 .. gotta get back to that.

I took all nine caps of crea trona about 20mins before lifting, and it gave me an odd sensation? Tunnel like vision, and a odd body high? Idk, it gives almost like a cramp pump, if that makes sense. The pump felt like i was going to cramp up on my quads.

*note* ill be changing my crea trona dose to six pills pre workout instead of nine. Reason.. i feel at my weight nine may be a "waste"

I took 3 caps glycobol today as well. Glycobol is my favorite GDA to date.. although ive only used two, the other being n2slin.

Breakfast

Do you notice almost cramp like "pumps" from the crea trona? Also had an odd feeling as well, not a bad feeling hard to describe. Off day? Im just seeing what all the rave is about these "days" :D

I'm feeling a swollen or full muscle feeling not a rock hard pump so I guess the opposite of you? I did get a cramp today which is unusual for me so I'm increaseing water intake.. Did it feel almost electrical? I'm feeling it too not sure how to describe as well..

I'm feeling a swollen or full muscle feeling not a rock hard pump so I guess the opposite of you? I did get a cramp today which is unusual for me so I'm increaseing water intake.. Did it feel almost electrical? I'm feeling it too not sure how to describe as well..
Mmm almost electrical type feeling.. i dont know.. well there not rock hard pumps, full feeling; but also feels like there going to cramp lol sounds hella odd

... its a great feeling guys!

I have never been that vascular even when I was super-duper ripped, just not in my genetics I guess, because I've definitely been lean enough. Anyway, I do have a super cool picture to show you though and it is REAL and it is REALLY my hands & arms I swear on my life...



Check out the difference between my right and left arm & hand from when I broke my Right 5th metacarpal... It looks like I got some fat guy to come put his hand/arm next to mine, LoL! Some of you might remember, I've posted that before, happened in April of this year or around that time anyway.

Question for doc or dw, didnt i read finaflex was going to make crea trona in a powdered version as well? Ive never used creatine mono, but im sold on crea trona already lol

If crea trona is made into powder form, servings and price point please?

Ive noticed my thresh hold is delayed, more reps/less rest. Cant wait to grad the powdered version.

Slowly getting my strength back, i really cant praise crea trona anymore than i am... you all just have to try it. Its odd really, weird but cool feeling, cramp like pumps, muscle thresh hold increased.

This is the first creatine I've ever notice a difference in my workout this much.. To me it's like another pre work drink..

That is exactly what I've been telling people, it is like an AMAZING (stim-free) pre-workout!!! All the benefits of a great pre-workout, but absolutely no stims and stim based side effects that people dislike, no jitters, no heart beating out of control, no crash, no neg's what-so-ever!
