Hellz to the yea. Obviously from my earlier post im in the highet rep range for this cycle of muscle groups. Went with 12-15 reps today instead of the usuall 10 reppers. Knocked out some shoulders, trap and ab work. Looked a lil some like dissssss
Db military- 25x12 40x12 50x12x2
Db upright row- 20x12x4
Db rear fly- 15x12x4
Iso front military press- 45x12x3 (plate loaded/per arm)
Bb shrug-135x12x4 superset with 5lb db lateral/front raises sets of 12.
Who had a pump? Oh ya.. this guy. Uncapped six crea trona and poured it in with my half scoop (actually under a 1/2 scoop) mixture of ignite 2. Focus kicked in on my way to the gym, but i didnt really get into the groove/mood until my second exercise. But DAME, after that i was zoned outttt! Anywho, this session is goin under the "beast section" of my mental log of workouts.
I got two more workouts with the ol' creatrona, my dude. Its been fun fer sure
