  2. Question for doc or dw, didnt i read finaflex was going to make crea trona in a powdered version as well? Ive never used creatine mono, but im sold on crea trona already lol

    If crea trona is made into powder form, servings and price point please?

    Tomorrow is shoulder/trap day, main focus rear delts. Can wait until im a full week in on this crea trona and glycobol! Feel a nice lean "bulk" coming!

    Yah I get that feeling a strange kind of stim and an almost tingly feeling like electricity in my body. I think this shyte really pushes your ATP up, just wait till you've been using it for a while. We're talking way different animal....

    Ive noticed my thresh hold is delayed, more reps/less rest. Cant wait to grad the powdered version.

    Incline supported rear db fly- 15x10x4
    standing OHP- 95x6x2 105x6 drop set 65x11
    Reverse pec dec- 80x10 110x10 130x7x2 drop set 80x7
    Db upright row (single arm) 20x10 25x10 30x8x2
    Db shrugs and ab work

    Slowly getting my strength back, i really cant praise crea trona anymore than i am... you all just have to try it. Its odd really, weird but cool feeling, cramp like pumps, muscle thresh hold increased.

    Post workout shake..

    This is the first creatine I've ever notice a difference in my workout this much.. To me it's like another pre work drink..

  16. That is exactly what I've been telling people, it is like an AMAZING (stim-free) pre-workout!!! All the benefits of a great pre-workout, but absolutely no stims and stim based side effects that people dislike, no jitters, no heart beating out of control, no crash, no neg's what-so-ever!

  22. I dont remember of i mentioned this or not, but i weigh all my food. Dont go by cups, or an 1/8 of this.. i go by grams and oz

    Started my morning of right with my breakfast, this is what it looked like

    48g bobs redmill thick rolled oats
    2 tbsp pb

    1 fishoil
    Vit c

    Ive never put peanut butter in my oats before, but MAN WAS THAT GEWD!! That will have to be a staple lol.

    Ill get snack numero uno anr lunch down before i workout today, im off work so ill lounge around and go in when i please

    Side note* you and scotty are spot on with crea trona acting as a pre workout with out all the added stims, but puts you in the same mind set anyway. I took six crea tron about 20-30 mins before hitting chesticules and bis, about 20min later i had this acute awareness, and sudden heighted sense of well being. Ive used this pre workout im using now before and its never done this for me, so that isnt the culprit. And, ive used glycobol before as well so thats ruled out too.

    Heres what my workout looked like:

    This week is all sets are reps of 10

    Incline bench- 135x10 155x10 135x10 140x10
    Db bench- 50x10x3
    Wide iso bench (plate loaded) 45s x 10x3

    Felt so beastly today! Cant weight for my numbers to improve, but; i dont want to get big headed and start slapping lbs on bars and end up hurt. I know with time ill be back were i was at, leaner and stronger
