    -CNS Warm up

    Smashin' Time!

    -Close Grip Bench Press (2010 tempo, 2-3 min rest periods)
    225x20
    225x20
    275x15
    225x15

    -Superset V-Bar Pushdowns / One arm Supine Grip Pushdowns (2221 tempo, 30 second rest between supersets)
    2 sets each

    -Overhead Extensions with Barbell / Narrow Grip (2222 tempo, 30 sec rest periods)
    60x15
    70x8 drop set to 30x15

    -Weighted Dips (2010 tempo)
    2 plates attached to my waist x 12 drop to BW x 10

    Heavy ab work

    *Notes*
    -Again only had time for a quick 30 min workout, did all I had time for! Yes im undertraining big time, I know.
    -Update! Bodyfat is down a whole percentage in a couple days, bodyweight is still around 216! Morning weight! WIN!
    -Same Pre Workout Protocol (two i-gh-1 caps pre workout / 1 serving EPIC / 1 serving GHenerate(2servings intra)
    -Added 1 cap of Formadrol 1 Cap AM, 1 cap PM

    -CNS Warm up / Pre-Pump without fatigue (supersets with various grips of pullups / preacher curl 100 pounds for 20)

    -Smashin' Time (5211 tempo!) (10-40 second rest periods! Pump was so extreme lol.....)

    -Supine Grip Pullups
    6x2-3
    -Hammer Grip Pullups
    5x2-3
    -High Cable Curl (one arm at a time)
    4x8-10
    -Incline Cable Supine Grip Curl
    4x8-10
    -Scott Curl Narrow Grip
    2x8
    -Narrow Grip Elbows Elevated Curl
    2x8
    -Incline Hammer Curls
    3x6-8

    -Fatigue Work (after the eccentric based pullup, the isolation exercises were around 6 reps...pump was too extreme to do more reps!)(3222 tempo)
    30 second Eccentric Supine Grip Pullup giant set with
    High Cable Curls
    Incline Hammer Curls
    Incline Supine Curls
    Wide Grip Ez-bar Curls rest 45 seconds...then....
    30 second Eccentric Supine Grip Pullup superset
    Hold the stretch position of the Incline Supine Grip Cable Curl for aslong as you can! Rest 30 seconds, then do it again!

    Ab Work
    -Weighted Lying Leg Crunches 2 sets x 6-8 (5111 tempo)
    -Side Crunches 1 set x 6-8 reps (5111 tempo) (keep in mind im upping the frequency to compensate with the extremely low volume)

    *Notes*
    -No showing off today, a PURE hypertrophy based workout today. No nutty stuff, no barbell curling 225 for 15-20 reps lol.
    -Typical pre workout protocol.
    -GHenerate 10 sprays intra
    -I fatigued pretty fast today...but then again the incredibly short rest periods / extreme pump / 5 second eccentric dictated that.
    -Probably will giant set next time....straight sets get kinda boring....lol
    -Done in under 40 mins!

    Want to lift Superhuman poundages for an incredible amount of weights every training session? Good luck growing. Let your tempo dictate the load! The eccentric is where the muscle damage is occurring! A 2010 tempo is camera tempo / aka showing off tempo, keep that in mind!

    Weight is up to 220.6.

    *Brief Note to self*
    -Keep training your abs just like it was your chest! Because of my lack of abdominal size, it may not be until 7-8 percent until I can see my abs! I wanna see them atleast around 10-12 percent.
    -Heavy Lying Leg Crunches / Heavy side Crunches! None of this 100 rep sit up stuff.

    -Typical Warm up

    -Incline Wide Grip Bench Press

    2 -plates attatched to myself for 22

    -Of course its all PR's, but im takin' a break off the heavy stuff / intense nutty workouts
    -Typical pre /intra protocol
    -Bodyfat measuring machine is broke...period. Will go by strictly mirror / measurements now.
    -Foot looks like its healed up now....finally can add the cardio back in! Either 40 mins LIT or 15 mins HIIT later tonight.
    -Time to chill! Its going to get absolutely NUTTY when im on our Winni mimicker / m1d!

    -15 mins HIIT cardio(30 second sprints, 30-50 second rest periods) (basically picture Shaq running......thats how I problaby look like when im running....lol)

    -Wow, great performance! Thought I was going to be out of shape big time....im a freakin BEAST! LOL JK..... But I did ok.
    -5-10 sprays of GHenerate......wait 5 mins.....open up a cap of i-GH-1....my sweet spot! (more than 1 cap of i-gh-1 didn;'t have much of a mood/performance difference, so ill just stick with 1 cap pre workout)

    My favorite for abs is leg raises with ankle weights defintly has added thickness to my abs

    haha Yeah, plus my strength is going through the roof....if I force the heavy weights too fast ill probably just wreck myself....thats why im sticking with 15-20 reps for the next couple of weeks.

    And taking a break from the super high volume is more so just a mental break so ill be mentally fresh when I start my next stack, not to mention the cramps from super high volume / nutty intensity are freakin' brutal!! lol! I wouldn't be able to do my pm cardio. I can't buy any taurine / cramp supps because im broke.
