    I got into the free weight room and it was in shambles, weight plates scattered everywhere, dumbbells all over the place, barbells not on the racks. So I spend a good 10 mins cleaning up someone else's mess. I did leave a note for the owner about the mess. So here was my workout, I did not have my notebook to keep track so I'm going off memory.
    BB Curls s/s with Hammer Bar curls: 60lb BB and 25s on the hammer curl bar Did 3 sets/10 reps each
    Cable Preacher Curls: 45x10 50x10 55x10
    Cable V-bar pushdowns: 45x10 55x10 65x10 70x10
    Cable Rope tricep kickback: 20x10 25x10 30x10
    Assisted Dips: 100x10 90x10
    After a year off, I'm back

    It really pisses me off when I get to the gym right when they open on the weekends and there are plates everywhere. I guess cleaning up the gym counts as your warmup, right? Good upper body workout this morning Cary.

    Drives me up the wall. I think its required at New York Sports Club to have weights haphazardly placed and employees are not allowed to organize them.

    Sadly, 80% of the employees at my gym (Gold's) don't look like they could lift a 45lb. plate off the floor and rack it.

    I think it should be a requirement that you should be a gym member to be an employee, even better if you had knowledge of nutrition

  25. Even though I did not go to the gym today, I am doing a chest workout. I got out my Perfect Pushup and I'm doing sets of pushups. Even got my son to get on my back and did 5 pushups!
