Great job on the log Cary. Losing 1.5 inches off your waist is not shabby while keeping strength numbers up. Keep working on that diet and I think you definitely have what it takes to keep making nice strides. Thanks again for being on of the first people to publicly test NO Uptake and give us some valuable feedback. Best of luck in your future logs and attaining your fitness goals.

Finished out with Pushups
Will post a couple more pics from this morning.
The one thing I need to add to my workout is the one thing I hate.....cardio. I know that cardio is one of the best things besides diet to help get rid of the stubborn fat in my abs
Forgo the idea of traditional cardio and find something that you enjoy doing that gets your heart pumping. For example, I hate traditional cardio because it is so damn boring so I will do my cross-fit routine for my cardio (you will sweat your a$$ off in 2 mins and feel like death after 7 mins...lol.). Either that or I use to do boxing, or I will sometimes shadow box and combo in some plyometric movements. In essence, since cardio is boring find a way to make it fun and challenging and try to make it a 15 minutes or less kind of thing. Forget the lazy 30-45min bullsh*t. Know what I mean?
